I purchased an item from this company! $160.00 It was to be shipped to a Valu Hardware Store Was told it would arrive on a certain day! Never arrived, I had to email “Do It Best” to ask them where item was! They told me there was a problem with order on their end. They said they would send item out and would arrive 5 days later! I felt I waited long enough, they charged my credit card immediately after I placed original order. I wanted them to overnight item to me and they agreed, this was a Friday and I was told item would be deliver on Monday (not overnight, since FedEx delivers on Sat/Sun, but I was ok with that). Monday comes and no package. Was told item was shipped out on Friday, FedEx says they have not received item from Do It Best and there has not been any movement in tracking! I was then told I could wait for item with no knowledge of when/if I would receive item or I could get a refund. Asked for a pickup confirmation number that FedEx provides to verify item was picked up! All of a sudden the emails from Do It Best stop! I requested immediate refund and no response. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR VALU HARDWARE STORES AGAIN!Response to owners reply!!! My review was forDo It Best! I purchased item thru Valu Hardware and Do It Best was link it directed me to, so not sure who owner is but that is my review. if you have anything to do with Do It Best they are terrible and I’m still waiting for a reply from them!!!

I love this store. I go at least 2 times a week. The staff is ALWAYS very friendly and willing to help. Many items to choose from. I was amazed the first time I went there with the pricing. They are VERY affordable and i have found many different sales. So happy with this location I send everyone I talk to down there you can't beat them. I rank them #1 in our small town areas!!
