Products are great, and the staff is knowledgeable. They are inconsistently open during their listed open time. They're only "sometimes" open on Saturdays, but that's uncommon, and the days during the week that they're open, they aren't actually open. 5 stars for the products, but 2 stars for accessibility.

While shopping here I was charged $35 for a bottle of juice. When asked why so much in the end I was told to go fuck myself and no need for me to ever return. She also illegally signed my credit card slip for me right in front of me. Worst experience for overpriced weak vape juice. They also sell very weak in flavoring vape juice, but if you want more flavoring its an extra $5. Better off getting real juice somewhere else

First time for everything. I stopped by Vape Kult in Clyde today. There was one gentleman working with another customer when I arrived. I was welcomed upon entering the door. The gentleman finished his transaction with his current customer, and proceeded to help me with my transaction. He was very helpful, very welcoming, and just had a very friendly vibe. I have no complaints whatsoever. Prices are great, service was fantastic, and I'll definitely be stopping by again. Thank you for the great experience!!

I just moved back to the area after being gone for seven years. I saw the sign for the shop luckily as I was driving home one day and decided to check it out. The salesman was great! I was over the moon to find a shop within a minute from home with great prices and a salesman that was very personable. I knew right then and there that I found "my new place"!The second time I stopped in the cool guy wasn't in. By what others in town said, it was the owner. I was also made aware that my experience is very similar to what others experienced with this man. From the moment I walked in I felt unwelcome. I was met with a dirty look, when I asked for assistance he rolled his eyes at me and was very short with me. I felt like me just walking in was a bother and that he didn't want my business. In my opinion he was kind of rude. When I walked in he just stared at me with a dirty look. He didn't ask me how I was, if I needed help with anything, or even a "thank you" after I purchased. The most I got was an eye roll. From that moment on I decided that I wasn't going there ever again. I drove 30 minutes away after that to buy from my usual shop. From the first time I stopped in the ladies at my old spot treated me like family and made me feel welcomed.A few days ago my usual shop was closed and I had no choice but to stop at vape kult in Clyde. I was extremely nervous going in because of the way I was treated before. When I walked in I was greeted by Sam, the awesome guy from the first time. Sam is amazing!!! From the second you walk in he makes you feel like a friend you've known for years! He knows his products, and does everything he can to make sure you leave the shop satisfied. As long as Sam is there, he will always have my business! Because of Sam, I hope this little shop stays in town for many years to come. I wish I could rate sam separately. So to Sam, I'm sorry about the 2 stars. You deserve 10 stars!!!
