I saw an advertisement for Winn’s Auto on Facebook advertising their oil change special. The price was right so I scheduled an apt to have my oil changed. When I got to the shop for my appointment there was a nice waiting area. Pete was very friendly and checked me in. He offered coffee and popcorn (complimentary if you are waiting). I knew from the Facebook post that there would be a slight difference in the advertised oil change price vs what I would pay because my vehicle took more than the included amount of oil. We discussed the oil change price difference (which was minimal) and confirmed that they were going to check my brakes (another concern I had).
I decided to wait while they completed the vehicle inspection that they do on each vehicle. They pointed out 4 other areas of concern (they physically pointed out what they saw on the vehicle) that we decided to tackle while my vehicle was there.
Two of the concerns I was responsible for paying, but the other 2 (radiator and a seal issue) Pete was able to get covered by my extended warranty.
I needed to leave my vehicle overnight so they could get the extra parts so Pete was able to get me a loaner. My car was fixed the next day like they said it would be.
It was overall a great experience! Price, timeframe and work completed were all finish just like they said they would be. Pete, Nate, and Mike were professional and did what they said they would do for the price that they gave me to start with!

Fast, great communication, and a fair, honest price. Great people to do buissness with. Nate is confident and knows what he's doing. Pete in the office was great and kept me up to date. Gave me an accurate estimate before any work was done.

I have taken my car there. They worked with me. Very good customer service and the worker nate was very good at helping me out with my vehicle. I would definitely recommend them to everyone that needs a good job done. Being a woman I was not taken advantage of and given false information about what I needed done. Again thank you very much ?

10/10 would recommended to have anybody bring their car here! All of the guys are very personable here, very kind and welcoming, honest and very knowledgeable. I even found out that they’re doing an event after the shop closes where Santa comes to have hot cocoa on 12/14! Very family orientated. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I received photos of my car, the brakes, tires, etc. They got the job done quickly and efficiently, great monthly deals (check the Facebook page!), amazing customer service and Nate is the most wonderful mechanic, he goes above and beyond. Winn's Auto is the best and will forever have my business.

My starter went out over the weekend and I was not able to replace it myself. I called Monday morning first thing and Pete told me that he could work me in this morning. So I was able to bring it down with my friend banging on this starter while I started the truck trick. Pete said he would be able to swap it out and have it done by the end of lunch. Right about 1:00pm my phone rang and it was Pete letting me know my truck was done. When I got there to pay him and pick up my truck. It was exactly what he quoted me for the price and my truck is fixed. I highly recommend Pete and Winns Auto Service for anyone in a pinch. They will take good care of you and for a reasonable fair price. Thanks for everything Pete and I am Highly Satisfied!!!
