Professionalism took the hit in my experience. Although originally I was happy to get the work done that I’d requested, after paying $115 per hour for my lights to be repaired, it took four hours, and I found that that were still not completely functioning correctly. I had no right turn signal, and a running light that only shut off when I unplugged the camper. For the tune of $514, I had the same issue as before. And I’ve found that their weak point is communication. I live a good distance from this business, and couldn’t seem to talk to anyone, before or after. Not happy, and I have to go back again.

Amazing and kind family business and I highly recommend them! Addy went above and beyond to help me out after a large piece of a drum brake tore through my camper on the highway. My insurance company said it would be a couple of days before they get the claim finalized, and I was worried about rain damaging the camper further. He was able to patch it up for me so I could get back on the road safely.

I have to give the BIGGEST shout-out to Pryor Tec Services in Clinton. Not only did Richie give me updates all the way through my trailer being diagnosed/ fixed, he also kept finances in mind, and sent pictures to me all the way through. Not to mention, guidance. And the world's most appreciated guidance, at that. Because let's be honest.. this is the first "Big kid" Living Quarter trailer I've ever owned. And I'm mostly clueless when it comes to the RV part. Lmao ✔️Floor totally replaced ✔️Roof resealed ✔️Radio fixed ✔️Door seals replaced ✔️Sewer knife valve fixed ✔️Water tanks cleaned/ sanitized ✔️Bearings, tires, & brakes checked These guys have serviced both of my horse trailers, my old camper, rented me a new camper when I was in between the two, serviced my truck, and always said "Sure. Bring it down!" when I call with an issue about my truck, trailers, or even any dealership vehicles. I was terrified moving out here that I'd not find any shops I could trust like I did the ones back home.. These guys have met, and completely exceeded, every expectation I could ever have. Thanks, guys. Sincerely.

One of the few shops with great mechanics, a huge array of skills, and the best customer service to match! We've rented campers from them, had our horse trailer/ RV serviced with them, & even take our vehicles there with nothing but the best experiences. Highly, highly recommend!
