AFTER 30 years of consistent client pet interaction at this office I would not suggest them to any caring pet owner - they will bash you and fire you as a client if you do not obey. Thats All

I urge customers to find another veterinarian. I always liked her the few times I went there, even though COVID made it rough to go there since she wouldn't allow owners in with the pets. But her staff??? That's another story. They are rude , inconsiderate and lack compassion. Read their Facebook pages and see how many times they try to chastise customers and that usually means they either have complaints or they expect too much from the public. I lost a kitty and called to ask about cremation and necropsy. I would pay in advance, and all they needed to do was be the middle-man since Crornell doesn't work with the public. This would have cost me extra for their storage fees but I was willing. With no compassion whatsoever the cranky witch answering the phone (Becca) only wanted to know if they had seen my pet before and told me they wouldn't do the necropsy but would do the other. I can do that one myself and only needed them for the necropsy. I kept asking why they couldn't and she only kept repeating it was because they hadn't seen him. She eventually laughed at me. I truly couldn't comprehend why they couldn't - is it a law? Is there a legitimate reason? Is there a waiver I could sign? I didn't have the opportunity to ask because she was so rude I asked to leave a message for the veterinarian. She refused to do that either. I asked to talk to someone else and was hung up on. I called back and Megan answered the phone. I tried to explain the issue with Becca and asked to leave a message for the veterinarian to call me. Megan said Dr. Price said she would not be calling me back. I then asked for the government agency that oversees veterinarian businesses, and she mocked me asking "Why? Because we won't do what you're asking?" She refused to provide the information. I emailed Dr. Price to give her the chance to be made aware of how her staff treated me and how it was made worse that I had just lost a pet. She decided not to respond to my email. I surely think we can find a kinder office. In this day and age when people are furious over the treatment of animals, I am trying to go above and beyond with mine and I have to put up with sarcasm and their lack of everything a business like theirs should have. I am truly saddened that I will never know why my kitty died because that office has an ice cold heart. I hope you find yourself ANY other office. I have since contacted the SPCA and they are just as confused as I am that this office refused to help me (so it can't be a law). Good luck pet owners, pass by this place and be willing to pay more elsewhere for caring people.

Dr. Jessica is amazing, and so is her staff. They saved our 10-year-old teacup toy poodle from death. Other local veterinarians caused terrible problems and took our money. If you need a trusted and affordable EXCELLENT vet, call Pet Vet.

Been going here for 2.5 decades. Since Dr. Price has taken ownership it's a great place to go. Highly recommend. Staff is always friendly and helpful, even with a crazy cat mom like me who can ask a lot of questions :-)

Base on my experience, I was very pleased the way how they took care and did everything possible for my cat. Clean and friendly environment.
