This place, all the people and work from them have been close to my family's heart ever since I can remember. Fantastic job guys i wouldn't recommend any place else for grade A pottery anywhere.

I love this place and their pottery. I bought my first bowls about 10 years ago that I call my "ramen" bowls with the jade green trim. The pottery is sturdy while also quite attractive. Now I have a set of plates, bowls and mugs. Their prices are pretty reasonable while also worth every cent to support a local business, artists, and being more sustainable. Definitely worth visiting if you're in the area.

Saw this gem as I was driving down Utica street and knew I had to stop in. The shop was so well laid out, the pieces and colors blended together so perfectly, and the owner was helpful and engaging as I looked around. He informed me that each of the pieces is made with his custom glaze and clay, which only adds to the distinction of the work from my perspective. Happy to support a local artisan and excited to use my beautiful new pieces! Will definitely be returning.

Been buying tons of beautiful, functional, every day pottery from Jonathan since 1985. He is a true master potter and great guy to boot. The new store merchandising is absolutely stunning. The atmosphere, textures and experience are magical.
A definite "must stop" whenever we visit the Utica area.

Clinton Pottery has the most amazing selection of functional pottery in so many gorgeous colors. Give yourself some time to shop, because it will be hard to narrow down your choices. Jonathan, the owner, is a fantastic potter and a wonderful person. As a fellow potter, I have a lot of respect for the pieces he makes and his attention to detail and quality.
