The owner intentionally damaged our windshield wipers. When our windshield wipers had a 1/4 inch tear the owner would not pass the cars inspection. After being informed that we intended to replace the wipers on our own, they continued to install theirs and rip our old wipers half way down, rendering them completely ruined. The owner made fun of our appearance, laughed at us, and flat out lied. They were wildly deceitful and had the worst intentions. After processing the entire interaction, we’re left feeling more sad than anything. The receptionist is the owners daughter and had to witness the entire thing and was taught to lie and cheat people. It’s very disheartening to see this such an evil moral compass passed on to the next generation. We are still in disbelief at the blatant manipulation and property damage. We hope to warn as many as we can about just how dishonest, immoral, and corrupt this business is.

I feel like I have a new car even though my Prius is 11 years old! The part that was on eternal backorder due to the Covid Pandemic supply chain issues is available again and was installed lickety-split. Doug and Rick and all the team go the extra mile in service.

Had a brake issue pop up out of nowhere. They were booked solid but Doug and Rick made room for us anyway. These folks are ALWAYS willing to do whatever they can to keep you on the road safely. Ty so much for all you do!

After something mysterious happened to the hood of our car Clinton Auto ordered a new one, held on to it until we were able to bring the car in and completed the work needed in a very timely manner. Thanks so much for a job will done!
