I have never been one to frequent Byrne Dairy but in the last couple of weeks I have been there 3 times. Once to pick up the Pizza we ordered, the pizza was great the person who cashed us out was absolutely the RUDEST person ever, I went in there 2 days after that and the same cashier again very Rude cashed me out . I paid for 2 16ounce coffee which came up to 4.55 , I gave her a 10 dollar bill . She gave me 5 dollars and when i said I think you still owe me 45 cents she closed her register and gave me a dirty look and walked away.
A few minutes later we decided we would get 2 breakfast sandwiches which were 2/6.89. With tax it came to 7.06 . I gave her 7.26. Again she did not give me my change back.
I don't know if she doesn't know how to count change or if she does this to do many customers and keeps the change she is making out OK by the end of the Day.
I will not be a patron of Byrne Dairy.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE at this Byrne Dairy! I ordered a pizza on Friday night, and the white haired old lady who waited on me (Yvonne) overcharged me (by $5.00)! She charged me $16.00 (for a cheese/half sausage pizza) and when I called her attention to it...she gave me an attitude! She said "that's the price! That's what it's ringing up as!". Come to find out, she charged me for a "gourmet" pizza, which it wasn't!! It was HER fault that she didn't know her own prices!! I also blame management for poor training!! She was just a miserable old lady who shouldn't be working with the public! I then cancelled my pizza, and when I did, she said "UNBELIEVABLE," like it was my fault that she was rude and didn't know the prices!! Letter grade...F! However, if "Wendy" is working, I might stop in! She works during the day!! But, NO WAY will I stop in during the night shift, and deal with Yvonne again!! ??

They don't sell beer past 1:45am?!?! New York State says 2:00am is the latest. I mean I know its only 15 minutes but if your trying to get some last minute beer avoid this place, ruined my night. Other than that not bad will stop again.

The younger people that work there trash talk the costumer after they leave. They call people crack heads because they had money and in work clothes. I seen it happen a few times. They need new help. I stopped going there . The coffee is nasty.

This is the dirtiest Byrne Dairy I have ever been to.! The tables and cement outside is so filthy you stick to the tables and ur shoes get stuck to the cement !!They need to clean outside ! Looks like they haven't cleaned out there in 10 years ! Disgusting !

I waited at the register after 8 pm about 10 mins to make a purchase ( no one even acknowledged me standing there) and the girl at the deli was rude when I asked her if I could just pay for my item. What happenned to pleasant employees???

Ok this place comes with pros and cons. It's convenient...but they refuse to sell beer to any one after 1:45 am not 2 am. Also they will not sell anymore alcohol without a scannable I'd . It doesn't matter if they have known you for years. I actually walked 3 miles in zero degree weather and was still denied for no reason. My advice is to go somewhere else if you have the option. They are ticklers... because they say they have to be. Chicken tenders are really long chicken nuggets...not good. The ice cream is great but it's only served during the warm weather. Lots of stores have better options. I'd use this one as a last resort. Walmart also has better prices on everything. The pizza is good. I won't lie about that. Customer service could be a lot better. Gas is always expensive. Never tried there subs but have heard good things. I just don't get why they stop selling booze sooo early. Not very considerate. My mom swears by there ice ? cream. Gas price is reasonable. I tried their coffee, it is perfect! They also have breakfast pizza (egg and ham).

Byrne has some of the best ice cream around. I'm not an Upstate NY guy but I'm floored by the quality of the the ice cream; it's available year round in the back in the take home pint but also on cones for a darn good price in the summer. The gas here is as cheap as around and they have a loyalty program card for 10 cents off. Good store in all. They also have a cool glass bottle milk program where they reuse the milk bottle with a 1 dollar deposit. only 10% of your plastic jugs get actually recylced so using this instead of regular grocery milk would save a substantial amount of trash The rest of the store is as expected for a convenience mart. It's pretty clean, nicer than a gas station and has a selection of bakery and hot food. The beer is a good price but most of the dry food/minimart items are marked up as expected. As a native of Southeast PA it's far from Wawa quality of convenience mart but the ice cream and glass milk programs are great and I do have to recommend.
