Awesome people ! Great selection of trailers. Bought a 12 foot utility trailer...the quality is second to none, not the thin disposable trailer like TSC sells...highest quality materials went into making this trailer. Can't praise everyone enough..Rebecca got everything in order...right up to my pick up...just great doing business with a reputable dealer ?

Trailer Marketing Services, particularly, Jeff and his Team; thank you, Rebecca as well! This was our first trailer purchase and he walked us through the sale, operation, and provided support as we learned all we need to know.
Jeff, lives over an hour away and had family in town, but still made the time to help us get setup and practice with the trailer after hours before we left for our ~3,000 miles RV adventure.
We appreciated his patience, knowledge, and kindness, and you will all recognize as well that their exceptional service doesn’t end with the sale. We had an unfortunate event where the slack on the trailer 7 way plug undid itself from the jack post, our fault entirely, dragged along the ground for a short period and shorted out the trailer, locking the electric brakes - yes, no fun indeed! Lucky that we were minutes from our campsite. We reached out to Jeff for help. He helped us troubleshoot the issue, responding almost immediately to our text messages, spoke with us on the phone, and overnighted a new cord assembly / molded plug for my husband to wire.
Again, Trailer Marketing Services is an exceptional company with amazing people. Thank you Jeff for helping us get back on the road safely and your continued outstanding customer service well after the sale! ? Thank you, Rebecca for overnighting the trailer cord molded plug! ?
We are going to be in the market to potentially purchase another trailer, this time a goose neck for our Dad and Trailer Marketing Services and Jeff are the only people we will deal with going forward!!

Rebecca helped me pick a great trailer that I couldn’t be happier with! She had answers for any questions I had and did not pressure me to buy which was refreshing. Gave me a great deal ( even better than some second hand sellers were offering online ). I’ll be going back to them soon to get E trac installed on the floor as their prices for the materials and installation were extremely reasonable. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trailer!

My company purchased our 6th trailer from TMS today. We've gotten everything from enclosed trailers to our latest purchase which was an equipment trailer for our new excavator. They've made it quick and easy each time. I won't go anyplace else.

Got a new dump trailer from them and Rebecca kerr was very professional and accommodating with all my needs. I am very happy with the help I received and when I had an issue it was handled fast and effective. I would buy another trailer from trailer marketing services without any question. They are great people to deal with. Highly recommend them to purchase a trailer from.

Received a brand ne 2024 load trail 6x12 dump WITH suface rust. Around d rings, in welding seems, and 2 big fat tire rust circles in the bed. Jeffrey called warranty services for load trail in Texas. They weren't any help either other than the two cans of spray enamel paint they gave me to cover up the rust. All of the lights were not connected.some there was no wiring for. The lock did not work or the keys were not the correct keys for the lock. Speaking with Jeffrey the owner, He said he felt bad and even offered to give me some money back and even a full refund and I said I would prefer that you just give me the tarp kit and a spare tire. I dislike asking business for money back. I know they have a profit margin they have to work within and I don't want them to lose money. Looks like Jeff forgot for about a month but finally once I prodded him did send a guy out with a diamond plated tarp kit which was very kind...and pretty He did give me a 15-in spare which I find kind of strange because I have 16-in tires on there now. Not sure how much help a spare tire will be that smaller. I think they deliver all these trailers and sometimes, don't check them before they go out the door. Quality assurance was really missed. Once identified with the owner, He again offered to purchase the trailer back including registration fees so that I would remove the review. We both agreed that there were some things missed. Jeffrey really does try hard!
Just Check your equipment as errors can happen.

Was in the market for a 3axle trailer. Jeff had what I was looking for, he took the time to answer my questions. We ended up closing the deal and he delivered the trailer to my door 3 days later. Very good experience.

Can't tell you enough how pleased I am with Jeff and Rebecca at TMS...its very hard nerve racking to try and buy something and have it delivered across the country...especially site unseen...they made the process painless and definitely set my mind at ease. They use a very reputable transportation company who also went above and beyond the normal... Jeff's team gets a A+ in customer service and I would and will use them again if I need another trailer.

Great customer service. We drove from toledo ohio to purchase trailer. Trailer was ready to go when we got there and they helped make sure lights and all mechanical components were working properly. Would definitely make the drive again!
