I was supposed to have an important package delivered today. I saw the postal delivery driver pull up, deliver mail, and pull away- I checked the mailbox and there was a note among the usual spam mail saying that my package could not be delivered because nobody was home. The driver never bothered to get out of their vehicle to come to my door; I was home and I live in a normal house, the door is easily accessible from the road. They simply delivered my normal mail and drove away.I went to the post office just before it closed with the note to get my package, and the person at the desk said it was not filled out properly and the driver was not back yet, so I will have to come back another day. This is peak unprofessionalism at its finest, and I feel highly uncomfortable that these people are the ones handling clients' important time-sensitive mail. I hope this changes, because this is not good behaviour to have.

I love my post office, primarily because of Mary and her senior citizen doggie, Bailey. Last year, I had a nightmare of an experience at the Pleasant Valley P.O. The person did not give me tracking info for the right package. Bottom line, I lost $100. and had NO MERCHANDISE because of this error. I called Mary in CC and she explained in great detail what had happened, which I SO appreciated. I love Mary, because she take time with each person and LISTENS, which is still a lost art. Thank you for the chance to comment on a person who is just SO appreciated by many of us!

Best post office in my area. my town and the second closest post office are horrible with loosing packages I send out, or that are being delivered to me. I have a small business that I ship out orders to customers and trust this location with all of my mail and packages. Staff is always friendly and accommodating!

I've been using this post office my entire life. So much love and nostalgia. Every time I get back to town I make a point to walk a letter or a package to the post office and take in the subtle and yet not so changes that the seasons have brought over the years. Keep up the love and the personal service. It's the future. 💫
