Realized I'd never left a review - there's a reason I will never take my car anywhere else (unless they tell me to) Matt is the definition of the honest mechanic, he and Jarod will absolutely tell you if your car doesn't need work. If it does, they don't rip you off by charging you for things you don't need or doing things to your car that aren't necessary. I've sent many people their way.
Today I brought one of my moms (I keep getting adopted) in because her car was making a funny noise. Jarod determined that it wasn't a safety issue and that it doesn't need parts until it gets much worse. My mom was very impressed :)”

“As we needed new tires and have not gotten the service we expected from our regular Ford dealer, we found that the manager Keven Taylor at Monro Tire Service Center in Newark was very professional and provided us with in depth information as to why the Pirelli tires with only 29k miles did not wear evenly.
In view of that we ordered 4 new tires, which they balanced, checked the wheel alignment, readjusted it and centered also the steering wheel.
We were very pleased with the professional work, friendliness they provided us.”
