Did a walk-in to drop off an application because they are advertising with signs that they have availability which is hard to find when you have a disability but because I am only 42 and I look younger and my disability is invisible immediately she just said because of my age it would be a couple years before I got an apartment not I would be on a waiting list simply that it would be years to discourage me which I have never felt at any other apartment complex I told them to shred my application I wasn't even sure I wanted to live there based on the reports of bed bugs but now for the first time in a long time I feel discriminated against

The building has been falling apart and everything goes down hill in the building

When I moved in 6 years ago, this place was beautiful and well kept. It has become a place people are leaving due to the decrease in upkeep.One major issue is bed bugs. They seem to have them constantly. For example, 4 out of 6 apartments in the same vicinity were treated. The bugs just moved to the apartments not treated. I am bitten so bad, that I had to be put on and put on an antibiotic and ointment. Caregivers are refusing to work under these conditions. I reported the issue on Monday. The exterminator is supposed to be here sometime Thursday. In the meantime, nothing can be done.This is just one of the issues we face.

It says secure building. However all winter the side door didn't lock and the sidewalks are a mess. Uneven and holes. And the cameras don't work either

The spa apt' need a second maintenance person. It's a large complex for one person to handle, plus house keeping ppl "need to b there more than twice a week".

I have always heard good things about the Spa Apartments, and recently got to visit someone there and was so surprised how nice they are inside, while still maintaining the beautiful, historical look of the building. The solarium up on the top floor is a treasure for the residents there. I think I'd be spending all of my time in this beautiful area if I lived here. Our area is lucky to have this as a resource for those in need and who want to maintain as much independence as they can.

A beautiful complex with many amenities serving Seniors and Vets with option of income based pricing. Includes basic cable for minimal pricing. Staff goes above and beyond to accommodate every need. Weekly transport to area shopping, many in house activities and holiday celebrations. All this in a quaint town with friendly shops, restaurants, library and YMCA within walking distance.
