Went to get Gatorade and order a medium vanilla shake. I didn’t say what size shake fast enough for the guy that waited on me. Had a name tag of drill sergeant he was rude to me and I let him know I didn’t appreciate how rude he was. He said sorry but that’s no way to treat a customer. The young lady with glasses was nice to customers and I complimented her. He was also having an attitude with an employee told her she needed to make the shake and she said in a nice way I have to cut pizzas and work on a doordash order. In a rude voice he said that just came in. He acted like he didn’t want to make my shake. If he’s a manager I suggest looking for someone in a customer friendly oriented background!!! I won’t be back here very rude!

I never go to the store in Phelps but stopped yesterday as was going by and was hungry. Got a meat lovers Stromboli and a slice of pizza. The Stromboli was so dried out along the edge where they cut it that I could not bite into it. All the meat was in the middle and nothing inside along the edges, it was just crust. The worst food I ever had and I will never go back there. The place in Waterloo is much better.

The little man at the counter needs some help dealing with his anger.
I see cars packed all over their parking lot, however when a POC does it... he is assaulted verbally and physically.
To the owner, you need new staff.

Horrible place, EVEN FOR A GAS STATION!! That little boy that works the front at night will throw the biggest temper tantrum you've ever seen over how you park in an empty lot and will get in your face screaming that you need to leave before they call the cops. This why you need to show love AND discipline to your children. That old broad was not much better either. I seen the tapes

They get lazy at night. Never any pizza ready. Half the time they just look annoyed while gossiping. Rather then do there job. I hate coming here now.
