Called today to get information for allignment, and then when i was thinking for a schedule to book, the stupid guy just hangs up.
This place has no time to wait for customers to think.
I will never call/book to this place.
Lots of 5 starts but look at the 1 star its pretty much the same as mine or a sit job.

Had a 11:30 apt for a oil change and inspection. After an hour an a half my car was pulled out front no new inspection sticker. They pulled it back in to put a sticker on it and after 20 more minutes still waiting. Still waiting coming up on 2 hours. Terrible service.

This place is a most excellent option for service, no matter what it is. These people can literally DO ANYTHING with a vehicle, regardless of the age or condition. Just call them, and drop off your car. We just had a surprise flat on a front tire, and they had it back to us later the SAME DAY. Don't waste your time elsewhere. THIS PLACE IS THE BEST !!!

They charged me $40/tire to mount and balance, and chipped the powdercoat on my brand new wheel.

Had a nail in tire. Stop in Mgr. checked it out , nail didn't puncture tire , no charge, l drove out with piece of mind my car was safe to be on the road. Big Thanks to Warren Tire.

I called to request a repair on a compact tractor tire. The manager told me they “had tubes in stock” after I read the tire size to him. After waiting over 2 hours they informed me that they did not have the right size tube I stock. They were either incompetent or lazy and wasted my time. The manager was not apologetic and instead responded to my frustration by telling me to go somewhere else.

While pumping gas I was shocked to see a nail sticking out the side of my rear tire. I brought the vehicle to Warren Tire and they needed to order the replacement. It is an expensive high performance tire. They called when it arrived and I dropped my car off. They called back in 15 min and asked me to come back. It was a roofing nail that was stuck in the tread and didn't puncture the tire..... They easily could have ripped me off but they didn't. THANK YOU

Amazing service!!! Coming home from vacation, we blew a trailer tire out on I87. With the little ones asleep in the car, my spouse decided to to stay with the trailer on the side of the road while we brought the wheel in for tire replacement. Warren Tire upon learning the story had the tire changed in less than eight minutes to minimize the amount of time we were shoulder-bound and got us back on the road much faster than anticipated!
Would absolutely recommend them!

Had a leaky tire. Showed up no appointment. They are very busy, he asked if I can drop it off. I said cannot, have a sick wife at home (true] 15 minutes later I am driving home. Price was excellent but the compassion and service wad unparalleled. I highly recommend this garage.
