I have owned two vehicles over the past 11 years. In the past, the purchasing process took days both times and probably upward to 10 hours of my time. Their sales process was so bad I almost wanted to keep my last car for the rest of my life not to go through the experience again. Your dealership was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. There was no BS. Matt listened and showed me the vehicle I didn't even know I needed. I'm very pleased. As an added bonus, I really love my Outlander PHEV. There is a ton of features for an amazing price.

So young granddaughter saved her money and bought older car with high mileage from here. My son also bought a vehicle from here years ago and experience was good. Unfortunately shortly everything started going wrong on car. They brought it back. Now there was no warranty but Nick and AJ from service said let’s take a look. Man did they go way above and beyond what we expected. They fixed the problem with windows and locks and seats. There were a number of issues and Mangino fixed them all. I’ve experienced a lot of other service departments in all my years of purchasing vehicles but have never seen a department so caring in customer satisfaction. They really do try and make you happy. Good job team Mangino.

Went to buy a pre owned Outlander. Everything was pleasant until after we signed the paperwork( it helped that I have a very very high credit score). I test drove it. Brakes were very soft. When I stated that to the salesman he assured me that the car would be completely gone through and it would be addressed. We signed. The salesman Chris turned to my wife and said " Good thing the other guy(? ) wasn't here, you would have gotten the vehicle for 1000 bucks less". We were pretty floored like ok you screwed us? I go to pick up the car a week later on the scheduled date. It's not ready. It will be ready end of day, they had not gotten to it yet. I get the car end of day and brakes are still soft, gas tank empty. Go to put in gas- no gas cap not sure how that gets missed on a checklist. (The car shuts down without one after so many miles) On way to work, brakes are dangerously soft. The tire pressure alert goes off. All four tires have slow leaks. Brought it back they fix brakes and valve stems, it took four days as they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. I got it back yesterday. This morning, the TPMS alert on again. My experience has been most unpleasant. I do not recommend buying a vehicle here. It is clear that Service dialed in the original check of the car. One star because you can't give a zero.

Excellent dealership to do business with. Very pleasurable experience purchasing our 3rd car with them. I would highly recommend purchasing a Mitsubishi from Mangino's.
