The Yoga Lily is absolutely the place to practice yoga, whether you're a beginner or not! It is a welcoming, confidence boosting, peaceful, loving environment where you'll be guided by Pam and all of the teachers. I started as a beginner in Pam's classes after trying many others, I knew right away this was the place I'd been hoping to find. With Pam's guidance and gentle correction of poses, as well as all of the additional aspects of Yoga that Pam offers, I have gained complete confidence in my yoga practice and have advanced tremendously in the past 18 months. I appreciate my growth in my Yoga practice both on and off the mat and thank Pam and the Yoga Lily for that! I can't say enough, try one class and you'll be hooked! Yoga Lily Devotee, Lisa

Wonderful place to learn yoga from scratch!The teachers here are amazing.They teach yoga as it is supposed to be.If you want to grow stronger physically, emotionally and spiritually take a class here!!

My husband and I took the level 1 class this past Sunday. I think it was good fit for both of us who do yoga at home, but different levels of intensity- I generally only do about 15 minutes of gentle yoga and he is more advanced. We will definitely be back!

I have been practicing at the Yoga Lily with Pam for two and a half years. I honestly cannot imagine my life without the support and peace I get from the community at the studio. I have suffered from severe anxiety my whole life and the Yoga Lily has made a huge difference. I have learned to "let it go," "just be," and to love myself as I am. The Yoga Lily was also a huge part of my journey to become a mother. Prior to becoming pregnant and during my very early pregnancy I was very nervous. Yoga provided me with the tools to deal with my anxiety and to use meditation to ease my fears. My practice also helped me with the physical aspects of my pregnancy. I was able to use breathing techniques and yoga poses during labor and delivery and it made a huge difference. I also participated in prenatal and mommy and me yoga classes at the Yoga Lily. I would strongly urge anyone to try out the Yoga Lily. It will literally change your life!

I love the Yoga Lily! Pam is extremely supportive and takes a very holistic approach to wellness. Her innate understanding of the balance between mind and body has made this my favorite studio by far....exactly what is needed in this sometimes chaotic world in which we live.

I've been studying yoga with Pam for almost four years now. I started by buying classes from her LivingSocial special and once I started I found that I didn't want to go more than a week without my yoga classes. Being overweight when I first started yoga, I'd tried other studios and was really uncomfortable. Not here. Pam is very open about how her yoga practice has helped her live a healthier life and she's incredibly welcoming to all shapes an sizes. Don't be scared that you're too fat or in-flexible or anything less than; you're not and Pam has a way of bringing out your personal beauty with each class. My yoga practice here has also helped me to have my own "ah-ha" moments and helped me realize my own potential and worth. I could go on, but instead I'll encourage you to try it for yourself.

Pam is amazing! I plan on taking her yoga instructor course in the near future. Don't go elsewhere it is a waste of your time. I knew when I found her she was the lady to teach me yoga! My time with other places could have been utilized much better if I had found her first. You'll feel the comfortable environment that follows her and be welcomed by all that is Pam!

I took a gentle yoga class with Pam last winter, and she's still one of my favorite yoga instructors to-date. She's more than patient at explaining and assisting with poses, if needed. Her classes are challenging, but also relaxing and personal - exactly what a yoga practice should be. I absolutely recommend taking a class with her if you get a chance.
