Joanne is amazing!! We reached out when still living in Colorado and was not sure when we would be ready to buy in NY. She was so patient and worked with us, constantly checking in with us over the course of a year and kept us current on what the rates were looking like. We finally bought a house close to family and the process was so smooth thanks to Joanne. She's super fast and very responsive. Will definitely be using her again!
