This was my go to place for lottery tickets since long before the pandemic. I have to avoid it because of their employee mask use. It's terrible. Especially the manager. Tall lady is the worst. She only pulls it up halfway over her mouth sometimes even when she's facing you from 3 ft away. Employee behavior appears to foster an environment where customers also don't care about other people's safety like it's a club for anti-maskers. The short lady is the only one trying to protect those around her. I won't be back during or after the pandemic.

Customer walked in without a mask, said she knows the owner very well and he doesn't require them. They must think they are above the law. Newsflash, places can get fined. Also employees were wearing their masks on their chins. Avoid going in if you value your health.

I always get gas here, always fast. It's quick, zero delays, pump and go. Never any slow pumps, even during the winter months.

If you're female good luck if you have a complaint . The manager was rude to his employee (also female )when I was in the store .Tried too explain the situation with the gas card over the phone and was hung up on.

I went to Sunoco this am to get gas before work. I had a 10.99 on my giftcard that i wanted to use towards my gas. I planned on splitting it between my gift card and debit card so i could pump $20 worth of gas. The lady at the register did not know how to set the pump using the gift card, she set it to the pump that i was not on and wanted me to back my car up so she didn't have to cancel out the transaction which I thought was completely rude. I said no, I have to go to work, can you cancel the transaction and I'll just use my debit card. She had to call her manager i think over to help her do it. He was very rude to me. I went to pump my gas and used my debit card. I went back into the store simply asking for a receipt to show I had 10.99 still on my card, and the guy was very rude and said " the money won't show up right away and i can't print you out a receipt. He began to say to another customer that i was " an irritable customer" and said i could wait by the register and he could check "every 5 minutes" to see if the money was back on the card. Very very rude and upsetting experience. I did call them a bunch of idiots because i was upset and in a rush. This by far is the worse customer experience i have ever had. I will not shop there again. I am a human resource professional and i deal with people on a daily basis. That is NOT the way I would have liked to be treated and I hope that guy learns from this experience to NOT treat valued customers that way.
