Great prices! A little loser than other nearby stations. Might be a tad hard to get in and it depending on traffic.

Friendly, honest, thorough. Never anything hidden, they'll show you in detail what is needed, and show what may "go soon" but "will be ok for some time" without absolute immediate need. They will try to make sure they will charge you the least possible for the service they give; never pressing charges/Service work that is not needed (unlike some other "chain shops").I cannot recommend them enough.

I highly recommend Mark's for service. I trust that if he quotes a cost for service that is how much it costs and I'm not being taken for a ride. Although I'm not always easy to work with, he and his staff are polite and responsive.

Went to Marks service for the first time because my usual place for repairs was closed due to the retirement of the owner. First spoke with Joe the service manager, great guy, then I met Mark he told me the history of the business and how long they have been in business. Mark is kind, courteous, helpful and went beyond the call of duty to repair my wife's car.thanks to the whole crew at Marks Automotive..

Marks garage is money hungry, greedy, and I wouldn't take my husband's psycho ex girlfriend's car there for repair. My car was towed there after an accident and they waited 10 days before releasing it to the insurance approved garage for repairs. They slapped us with a 75$ per night storage fee and an outrageous towing fee - even though we called several times and so did our insurance company asking for the car to be released. Nice way to make money huh? I'll never do business with Marks and neither will anyone I know.

I brought my 6 year old low end Nissan in for brakes. Although Mark's did a good job I expected pads and rotors to be done for around $300. My bill for just front brakes on a cheap car was $1200,

Fixed the power steering issue on my wife's 2013 Audi 2013 in one day. We dropped Friday and he called at 3pm on Monday and the issue was fixed to perfection for a VERY fair price. I thought this would have been a couple thousand to fix and Mark kept his quote of $600 and had done early. He knows his stuff, especially the good ones-Mercedes, BMW, Audi and he seems very honest and this is hard to find. My father's been an attorney in this area for over 30 years and gave Mark an excellent review. He fixed his 5 series and Marc did it for thousands less than the dealership. Keeler will literally lie to you and charge you thousands more than what is necessary. I wish they did a hidden camera shoe on what does on in their Mercedes garage. Very shady and as soon as your warranty runs out, run for hills. European cars can be very expensive to repair so to find someone like Mark is gold. Thank you Mark.

I've been going to Mark's for years, even from when his Dad was running the place. They've always been helpful, honest, and incredibly friendly. Because of their reputation they're always busy. Much of their business is repeat customers, which has to tell you something. I'm amazed at the negative reviews since they sound so completely out of character. There must be more to those stories.

My oil light came on and I pulled into this Citgo on 1019 Route 146 Clifton Park, NY 12065 I asked for an oil check and the machanic told me he was too busy and I asked for the owner he said Mark and he's on the phone. I waited for him to be free and when he was I asked him if he could check the oil for me because my light just came on. He said, "It's 2:30 on a Friday and I have a lot of cars that have to be fixed so NO I can't check your oil so get the f*** out of here!" I'm in shock, I do not deserve to be treated like a piece of s**** Stay away from this ignorant man Mark! Karma will have a great time with him.

Dont use this low life Mark to fix your car. He's the example of why mechanics will always have a reputation for taking advantage. Cursed out an elderly women instead of helping while his own elderly mother watched. He even threatened to hit the women who was just asking for air in her tire, because she had a bad leg, and couldn't bend down! I will never come back here again! Like i always tell people ALL SMALL mechanics are crooks. They prey on the weak, who don't know much about cars. Everyone goto the dealer!!! They recommend things because you really need them. I will never goto a shop like this for work because of stories like this!!!

Trustworthy mechanics! Price is always reasonable and the work is done right. I get all my work done there and I've bought 2 cars from them for my kids. If you need a repair garage you can trust call Mark!
