It's a wonderful shop.I visited at noon on a weekday, and there was a long line at the delicatessen.It is very tasty.We bought two salads, two sandwiches, and cannoli, and they were all delicious.The staff was friendly and skillfully made the sandwiches, even asking if I wanted to cut them into pieces. they are professional.thank you very much. This is a store I would like to visit again.

Great place! Excellent meats and vegetables. Knowledgeable staff. Efficient checkout. Ample parking . Easily seen from the road. On Grooms Road near Route 9. Regular customers.

I try time and time again to give this place a shot. My wife will go in now to get cold cuts. They have to be some of the rudest people to serve you. They dont want toserve you, talk down to you, and sigh and huff at every thing you ask for. They get 1 star because no stars is not an option.

Hands down a terrible experience. Terrible service , terrible layout. My first time going here. The sub I got was absolutely terrible. Ingredients terrible no flavor the meat is cut extremely thick.And I am allergic to cheese and I asked for no cheese. And of course there's cheese on it will not be going back to this place and wasting my time or my money.

I'm not a native New Yorker. I moved from Florida, where choices for food are mostly chains. When I moved to the Capital Region, people told me to branch out more. This was my very first deli. I love it. The subs are amazing. I still go here. Every Monday. I haven't been to a chain sandwich shop since. Great service, awesome food. Fairly priced for what you get, too. This is a great deli.

Showed up to CP location at 4:50 on a Sunday and the woman locked the doors??? Since when are places allowed to close 10 minutes before close? There were still people shopping inside and the cashier mouthed “were closed” through the door. Rushed over for no reason. Disappointed

When I moved upstate, I have difficulty finding a place around here that makes a good sandwich. A few weeks ago I tried Sorrentino's and I have been hooked ever since. Prices for subs are the best around, theirs salads are top notch. They dont skimp on meat or other sandwich toppings. Bread is phenomenal. Literally the best place in the area to get a sandwich that resembles the quality you'd get downstate. Highly recommend!!

Old timey market, emphasis on old. But you can't beat thier deli meats. Not handicapped accessible , like I said, it's an old building. When businesses last this long it means they must be doing something right.

The waiting line to the deli counter was horrendous, the staff was short and pretty rude with the customers, and the whole place runs at the pace of a retirement home. Then came the food, the "house special" oven roasted turkey special was just generic cafeteria style deli meat stacked on a bland tasting roll.
