Great shop. Employees are great but the owner needs to replace the credit card machine that has been having issues for months now. Employees and customers are annoyed with it. Invest in better equipment.

Not too thrilled with the employees here...don't seem to like their job and it reflects on how they treat their customers. Their prices are way too high, I shop online now... much cheaper & no attitude!???

Very expensive!! I bought a vape from here and they charged litetally double what it costs. I Google the same vape and was literally half the price the charged me! I can just order online.

They never open on time. I come in on sundays a lot and I’m always waiting for them to open. Last time the lady with the scratchy voice gave me a serious attitude cause she was late. That’s not right to try and make someone feel bad that didn’t do anything wrong at all. And it’s almost 8:30am and once again no one is here. No one that works here can get to work on time. So I think I’ll be shopping somewheres else from now on.

6/18 approx 8:15pm blond white female worker saw my husband & I walk in. She greeted us but that was the end of her decency. I asked if they had THC vape cartridges & she gave a rude response about how they don’t have exactly what I wanted but had H (something molecule)… so we asked where those were & she told us the price was $50+ tax & that’s nearly double what a store down the road sells them for for exactly what I need. THC helps me deal with pain so I was already in rough shape but this made me upset bc she was nasty.& chose this place not my normal place out of necessity bc 51 vape was closed which by the way sells cartridges that are stronger for $25!! … Like why the rudeness to a potential customer?& to also be snarky to my husband too who was just asking about what would fit in my vape I showed her… my husband is a former fireman & used to rough around the edges folks & even he was put off by her demeanor.

I went in to buy tobacco and had my daughter with me and was told she couldn’t be in there. This store is absolutely ridiculous and rude to customers. I will never go in this store again.

Carries Ooze products. Counter guy was super friendly. I’ll be back.Update: Ooze product appears to be COUNTERFEIT! As per Ooze’s online FAQ: LED is not green, horizontal voltage scale along bottom missing, serial number doesn't register online, retailer isn’t listed on Ooze’s site.

I purchased a hookah from this store. I spent over $200 for the hookah and accessories. My hose is defective, I called the store and was told that even though it came defective I would have to purchase another hose. I purchased this about 2 weeks ago. I will never buy from this store again. Poor customer service

Visited this store to get a new vape since I had 3 vapes from previous stores within 1 week not work for me. The woman there was super sweet and extremely helpful! She was willing and trying to figure out what was going on. After a few tries we realized it was my cartridges not being compatible with the vapes I bought. I bought a UNI Yocan vape and a new cartridge from this store. It works absolutely wonderful!!! I love it!!! A must go to store for all smokers

Very subpar. "Okay" prices but on the higher side but not overwhelming. Not exactly a chill place if you are a stoner when it comes to customer service. Gave off big chain tobacco store vibes. If it is all you got then go but would highly suggest somewhere else if you want a nice experience if you are a stoner. ?
