I came to get my prescription, and the girls were amazing and very helpful. The pharmacist was very friendly and professional. They filled my script so fast. I love them and will forever get my scripts here!

Simply came here to get my diabetic dog his insulin syringes. Called first to check, and the girl who picked up the phone was rude as ever. When I physically WENT there… the guy tells me to go call my vet and get the gauge #. I go do that, drive back through. Low & behold met the rude, young, long brown haired girl I spoke with on the phone. I straight up told her I didn’t need her attitude when she first opened her mouth, says “I’m not” …. Really? Are you deaf? Then tells me they don’t have that and they need it physically written on the script. You clearly shouldn’t be working in a pharmacy when the script CLEARLY SAYS 3/10 cc’s. Use your pharmaceutical brain and think. Respectfully told her that she should probably fix her attitude and she goes “ok” and walks away… clearly you understood what that meant but not what I was asking medically. Putting this review here hoping she sees it, but no worries… already reported her to corporate!

Very rude girl working the pharmacy drive thru. After dealing with her I went inside and could hear her making fun of people that came to the drive thru because they were "too poor" to pay for there meds . I was disgusted. The foul language was so unprofessional

Just had a very frustrating experience at this Rite Aid Pharmacy. Went to fill a prescription and have VA healthcare, they took my insurance card and my information and kept coming back to me with saying my healthcare was declined and were voicing frustrations out loud for all of the the customers to hear. Felt bad for holding up the line and decided to pay out of pocket because the techs were clearly not committed to helping me solve the issue. Really makes me feel great about being a Veteran when no one wants to help.

Jordan is so pleasant. Instantly greeted at the door and asked if I needed help with anything. Very small gesture but you really don’t see this in customer service jobs anymore. She was a breath of fresh air and I felt compelled to give some recognition. Thank you Jordan for your great attitude and amazing personality, we need more people like you in the world :)

My insurance company is holding up approving something my doctor prescribed.. when Marlon at the pharmacy pickup saw how disappointed I was that the pain patch wasn’t ready.. he not only told me about an over the counter version that might help until I could get the scrip - he also went and got it for me to buy at the window when he realized how hard it was for me to walk. Employees like that make you very loyal to a store. Thank you, Marlon!! You are an exceptional man and I appreciate your compassion.

Just had one of the WORST experiences of my 68 years . Attempting to do a good deed for a more senior senior citizen neighbor laying flat on their back in bed, suffering a debilitating migraine , I agreed to fetch their medication.I was ignored for at least 5 minutes as I stood at the pharmacy counter .After catching the attention of the cell phone distracted pharmacy tech, I was refused service for only knowing the month and year of my neighbors birth. When I suggested that the tech call rite aids customer to verify I was sent on their behalf, I was abruptly TOLD to walk to my car, get my cell phone and call myself.Without much choice, I did walk back to my car, grab my phone and verify my neighbors complete and accurate birthdate. Imagine my surprise when , at that point , the pharmacist leaned across the counter and taunted ," was THAT so hard ?"Shame on you Meagan SponableThat is no way treat a customer ....regardless of my age

Always fill meds quickly and pick up is fast too. If you call them they answer without having to go through a painfully long robot screening like CVS, and I almost never get put on hold

I called Rite Aid to see if I could get a prescription filled that I had trouble getting filled anywhere else. The prescription was filled within days. It had to be ordered. I was very satisfied with the effort they put in to get the prescription filled.

Rude cashier at pharmacy spit phlegm on my paperwork. The fact that he did that while I was picking up medication that would indicate I’m sick is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I will never use this pharmacy or rite aid ever again
