This is my 5th or 6th time ordering furniture from Raymour & Flanigan. I always find the sales people helpful but not stalking my every move. They are all knowledgeable and I do my homework. I research several items I am interested in and have not been disappointed in the quality or pricing. On occasion I will have to wait for an actual sale where it is more than $25 difference but that would be my only "complaint". I have used their warranty previously and they are good for their word and have corrected any issue I may have. I've even ordered replacement cushions from them to extend the life of a living room set and not only did they match the color, as we had owned it for 5 years, to account for any fade that had taken place but it was VERY reasonably priced. I highly recommend Ryan Schofield in the Clifton Park location. He is attentive, funny and truly helps you not only get you what you need but at the best possible price for your situation. We are military and they provided a discount. My most recent purchase was to replace an impulse buy at a competitor and I will never shop their again I was very disappointed in the quality of their product. Stick with Raymour & Flanigan for quality at an affordable price.

Weeks of trying to locate a new couch, I spoted a leather section online that I had to have. The closest was a 3 hour drive. Knowing R&F carried the Ashley brand I gave them a call. They put my order in 1st call, gave me the online coupon, told me about the piece and the policy, and it was done in about 10 minutes. Thank you Doug!

The staff was awesome and helpful. Our Salesman was Fred, the nicest guy! Took great care of me and my son, helped us find the right sofa and made sure we had the right orientation (chaise lounger side was correct). What a pleasant experience! Definitely recommend 10/10

Wow! I had an on line Chat with a Customer Service sales rep named Alexandra this morning and it turned into a phone call . I was thrilled to find out that I was speaking with a real human being and a wonderful one at that ! Alex could not have been more professional, helpful and patient. My computer skills are limited .. I was able to complete my order on my specific time line and successfully make payment since I am moving within days . I could not have been more satisfied . Kiddos to R&F for hiring people like Alex who go the extra mile . I would highly recommend !

The salespeople at Raymour and Flanigan are superior! They were so helpful as I tried to match a living room chair with a challenging sofa color. They gave me the space I needed to wander but right there when I asked for a price. Their use of the iPads allowed for instant understanding about cost and delivery options. Seamless service! Looking forward to receiving my new recline.
