Staff appear nice and helpful as long as you are nice yourself. I would be careful which dryer you select to use as quite a few have metal pulls in them. Some also get hotter than others so be sure to check the heat, I ended up melting a piece of clothing that was spandex on medium heat surprisingly.

Washers smell like mildew. The water was frozen and my cloths got stuck in the washer. There were other customers having the same issue. No contact number. No one to help. I googled how to rest the machine. Found power and reset the machine so we could get our clothes out. If you own a business. Make sure your customers have a way to reach you. Maybe clean the place up.

Scammed me a machine told me $3.75 cents I put the money in and it said to pay again and couldn’t even click the little button to get my money back hands down worst laundry mat ever don’t come here. ??

Washers smelled really bad, like sewage. Maybe it’s mold like others have mentioned. Had to take my wet clothing to another laundromat to rewash.

The place is absolutely filthy. The washers all smell like mildew and the dryers don't get warm enough to dry clothes in a reasonable amount of time. Pricing is nominally the same as Spritz around the corner, but the dirty machines and underpowered dryers mean you're spending more time and money here than you would there.But it wasn't very crowded. So that's a plus.

Most of the washers were full of hair - like animal hair and the washers smell of mold/mildew. Per load prices are also high - much cleaner places around and you’ll spend less

It was clean and only one washer out of service. Glad there wasn't a lot of people there and I was able to get my laundry done in an hour and 15 min.I didn't see any washers large enough to do 2 comforters, 3 pillows and laundry so I will have to go to my normal spot for that when I have bed linen etc (8 pound washer)....dryers only thing I didn't like is the display for time too small for my eyes and being sitting down and not able to see it but other than that the dryers had hot clothes coming out dried.

Clean, friendly staff, plenty of machines, tv, vending machines, ATM that gives $10 bills, public restroom, 24 hours.

Clean machines, polite and helpful attendant. One machine ate three of my quarters but didn't give me credit for them. The attendant noticed my distress and asked to help. Told my story and she cheerfully started the machine for me. I hadn't been inside a laundromat for 30 years. The attendant and other customers were all helpful and friendly.

Woman who works here is nice but the machines need a good deep clean. Nasty sorry to say (You shouldn’t see dirt and stain/rusting and the smell coming from it) I thought while I was out here rather than go to the one I normally do in Albany I’d stay out here and clean my bedding. Thinking it’s Clifton Park it has to be nice. Western Ave Laundromat for sure is the cleanest so far. Lesson learned.
