“Original [1 Star] (5/14/24): The store was understaffed and the only person who could get shrimp wasn't around. I had to ask another employee and she just ran around the store yelling for the guy who could get the shrimp. I also paid for 10 shrimp and the guy said there were 10 shrimp, but when I got them home there was only 9 in the bag. There wasn't any sign of a shrimp being eaten by other shrimp, he only gave me 9 while saying there was 10.
Update (5/24/24): Bill B., the store manager, emailed me (5/20/24) and offered to replace or refund the cost the missing shrimp. I stopped by (5/23/24) and the employees confirmed the email and got me a replacement with no hassle. While I still believe the store is understaffed, the management and employees were nice enough to replace the shrimp. It's nice to see that management cares and the employees won't give you static over fixing a problem. I'm updating to 4 stars.”
“They always have what I need and mostly have what I want. They are always friendly and welcoming but most importantly, they actually do have adoption rescues that they care for and pet health clinics. I always donate to them and not other pet stores because I can see the wonderful work they are doing.”
“I went in to meet someone and out of curiosity stayed to see the baby chicks. While there, another customer who had purchased chickens prior to this, explained the different species of chicks to me.”
