Went to Mattress Firm in Clifton Park not knowing exactly what we were looking for and Richard Olender was extremely helpful in helping up decide the best one for us. He walked us through all of our options and was extremely knowledgeable and patient as we made our decision. His customer service was amazing. I would highly recommend going to see Richard if you are in the market for a new mattress.

Great selection, expert advice, no pressure sales staff - a refreshing experience. Better price than I could get online. Great advice and Bob listened and gave honest advice focused on the customer - clearly a pro, not tilting the conversation to get more sales. I'd recommend this to anyone a very positive experience - and it's nice to try out various mattresses and not just roll the dice with on-line reviews. Honest and no pressure - Bob was great. Also had the chance to work with Rich, as I modified my order, he too was honest, gave good advice and worked with me to modify the order again, no pressure, looking out for customer satisfaction. Timely follow-up, thorough communications and set expectations to ensure a positive experience. Would recommend these folks to anyone.

Had a great time shopping at mattress firm there associate Richard made my mattress shopping so simple and easy he went above and beyond with his service would highly recommend shopping here and I definitely plan on coming back whenever I need a new mattress
