The bakery needs to do a better job offering fresh rolls made in house. Seems like anything I buy is never fresh baked and only lasts a day or two before being stale.

I visited this location on yesterday and Lorri whom works in the kitchen was very pleasant . She ended up helping me after I was ignored by another employee honestly if the lady that ignored me isn’t deaf it was extremely disrespectful but back to Ms.Lorri she was so pleasant I wanted to show my appreciation by tipping she politely declined and said that her interaction with me was reward enough she and she only is the only reason your location is getting 4 instead of 1 star hopefully the other employee doesn’t treat all customers Like she did me come on it’s suicide prevention month; but if attitudes could kill I surely would of been slain by the first employee! Invest in your good workers if I ever get in position I will come back and acquire Ms. Lorri because my color didn’t matter, who I was didn’t matter she just treated me with the respect all humans deserve thank you Ms. Lorri.

Doing all we can to avoid shopping here now. When they first took over price chopper, it was a breath of fresh air. As time went on, it became clear that their monopoly over the market meant they could do whatever they want. Frequently we find that favorite brands are missing and replaced with an overstock of pics brand merchandise. Boars Head should be sorry they partnered. Their pre-stocked case of 12+ meats & cheeses is filled with 3-4 varieties only in mislabled carriers. The true disgust today was the pre-cooked chicken sausage section which were all exploded from being there well passed expiration. We are now going out of are way to avoid at all costs.

I recently visited this store, despite it not being my usual shopping destination, as I was hungry and decided to check out the pre-prepared food section. I was fortunate to be assisted by Maxwell, who provided exceptional customer service. It was, without a doubt, one of the best customer service experiences I have ever encountered. Based on this experience, I will definitely be returning.

Store will be super calm and employees will be laughing joking standing around while their deli employees are understaffed and busy and overwhelmed.

I've been on a personal boycott of price chopper for years. The one thing that was potentially going to bring me back was the EV chargers. Half of them are broken and inoperable, so I will continue buying groceries at less expensive stores with better service.

The store had a really rancid smell in the produce/deli department. There was meat rotting in the grab and go deli meat section. Aisle floors were sticky. Moldy fruit, moldy veg out for sale. This market 32 is disgusting, I will avoid shopping here at all costs

The self checkouts they had a few years ago were efficient and great. These new ones are awful. So slow and clunky, and it's been like this for years. Not to mention requiring an advantage card for sale prices.Go to Hannaford. Their self checkouts are way better, the prices are better, and no scummy sale practices, their reward program is opt-in and not a requirement for sale prices.

Today I purchased mixed fruits for the price of $20. Most of the fruits are not fresh and rotten smell. It contains some rotten fruits. There is no meaning for "fresh". Not worth for price!

Horrible experience with customer service. Purchased gift cards that the dollar amounts were so hard to read.. Went to return them and buy correct amounts but the store personel could care less. Handed me a phone to call corporate.. on hold for 20 minutes. Been a Market 32 customer for 30 years.. not so much now.
