I have had several issues filling my prescriptions there. Getting someone on the staff to care seems impossible. Terrible service!

I have 5 minutes experience with this pharmacy, and it was unacceptable. They told my diabetic grandmother that they ran out of her type of insulin a week ago, and (paraphrased) \"oh well, you have to wait until monday\". They were so anxious to get out of the door EARLY for the day, and clearly did not care at all about their job nor anyone but themselves. She mentioned the rude behavior there is common. I will make sure she never uses this pharmacy again. Also, the location in Google is wrong, it is on the left/front side of the Market 32. So you know where to AVOID!

My MD ordered me a cap. That was to large \u0026 expensive. The Pharmacist,Mary, saw that my medicine was changed to a pill and the cost was 80% cheaper and had it ready in 90 minutes! Pharmacist went above and beyond what one would expect in today's world. A job well ? THANKS

While I love Market32, hate they pharmacy. I have yet to receive good service from them. Make me miss CVS pharmacy like I used to missed my first boyfriend. Can’t wait to switch insurance and get back with CVS again.

I used to use CVS but I couldn't handle the ridiculous wait time and rude staff any longer. The male pharmacist at Market 32 was very helpful in getting my RX's changed over and usually there is no wait at all. I did have a rather unpleasant experience with a female member of the staff who told me that they didn't have time to sit on the phone with my doc to change my script to there, but overall I'm happy I changed.

On Friday me and my mother can run into the hot food section we we waited over 10 minutes for somebody to finally come over and help us once he did he automatically need our food to go and then we said no it's for here he said okay well I already put it in the package so that's it when we walked over to the register we waited another 8 minutes and when we went to go get the guy he's like I wasn't going to open this register and we need to hurry up so other people don't come over and make a line because I'm the only one working in this department we understood because we know there are staff shortages but when we went and tasted the pizza it was cold and did not taste good at all the potato wedges were dried out and disgusting and the mac and cheese tasted sour we went back over to let them know and after waiting 10 minutes and nobody being there we decided we were just going to grab a couple of groceries from the store and we walk next door to the pizza place we should have went there first honestly this was a terrible experience

The entire staff is very patient and helpful. I've had an excellent experience with Mike especially, one of the pharmacists. He always goes out of his way to contact my prescriber when necessary.

I wish ALL Price Chopper / Market 32 stores were like this. Clean, open registers at all hours, etc.

Sarah the pharmacy technician is amazing! She deserves a raise. She helped me out so much; fighting with insurance to get my medication covered! She's a true champion of the people!
