I have brought my car to Lussier’s on several occasions- collision repairs, scheduled maintenance, and impromptu service issues. I have also received these services at various local dealerships. I can say wholeheartedly that Lussier’s far exceeds others’ level of customer service and quality of workmanship. They are incredibly thorough, attentive to detail, and genuinely want to help you/make you happy. I have been in a pinch with needing an oil change, headlight change, or inspection, and, despite them being busy and the short notice, they have been able to squeeze me in. Their quality of work with collision/paint repairs is also excellent- color matching was perfect and you can’t even tell there was work done! I cannot say enough about the confidence and trust I have with Lussier’s and their staff. Not only is it refreshing, but it is comforting to know there are places like Lussier’s that you can confidently bring your car to and feel comfortable in every way!

The staff was extremely helpful, making the repair process and dealing with the insurance company less stressful. The repairs to my vehicle were on par with the OEM manufacture and I’m extremely pleased with the end product.

Absolutely the best, most honest, transparent Autobody shop I have ever been too . My truck looked better then when I brought it... Three years ago.. every detail was taken care of. They gave me a booklet at the end of the project with pictures from being to end.. plus every nut and bolt they replaced.. and when I saw my girl it was just amazingly beautiful.. thanks so much to there talented team... They even took care of my inspection.. no charge!!! Thanks again to the team

This is the second time I have used Lussier Autobody and Repairs. Both times I was totally happy with the service I received. They were easy to work with. They kept me informed of the progress. They dealt with the insurance company. I only spoke to the insurance company after my collision with the deer.
I can only give the highest recommendation for Lussiers. If you need repairs see the people at Lussiers.

A big shout out to Ben Lussier and his team at Lussier’s Automotive and Collision. They have restored my car to a pristine state. Their meticulous work and attention to details are impeccable! They make the entire process so smooth and easy. But more importantly, they do fabulous work. I highly recommend them if you need anything from an oil change to a car restoration after a collision. Just call them! You will be glad you did!

Friendly staff and great service. Broke down on 87 and they had my car back up and running with a new alternator in just a couple days. Everyone was friendly and informative from the tow driver to the mechanics at the shop. 10/10

One of our work trucks needed to be repaired after being hit. Lussier's went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. They told us to drop it off and they will handle everything, from the insurance company to the repair. They called two weeks later as they said and told us it was finished. We picked it up, it was repaired and they did full detail inside and out. One of the smoothest services we have ever received when comes to a truck repairs.

Lussier’s did a fantastic job fixing scratches to back bumper of my HR-V. Gave me a quote that was spot on and walked me through all the things that they might have to deal with (blind spot sensor). They handled all the insurance questions. And it came back to me cleaner than when it went in! These guys are highly professional and I would recommend the to anyone.

12/10! If I could leave more than 5 stars I would!! This was EASILY the best car repair experience I’ve ever had. For anybody, especially a woman like myself, having auto-work done can be stressful and sometimes feels like you may be taken advantage of for not having a strong knowledge about cars — my experience with Lussier’s was the exact OPPOSITE to this — it was easy and painless. They are professional, kind, and patient and took the time to answer any questions I had. Their rates are VERY fair and their services were performed meticulously. Even though my appointment wasn’t until the following week, they were able to get me right in after I woke up to a completely flat tire. They were so so kind and everything was seamless. Within a few hours I was driving off on all new tires feeling a weight lifted off of my shoulders! They just became my go-to place for any car repair needs. Thank you all so much for everything!!!

I reached out Ben at Lussiers for paint matching a spoiler and installing it onto my Mk5 Supra. Not only did they do a great job with the color match, they didn’t up-charge me like most places would and gave me a free interior/exterior detail free of charge.
Hands down one of the most professional places I’ve seen

Had to get my rear bumper fixed because of an accident, so I brought it to Lussier's. The insurance wasn't mine, but the other car, so I was worried about getting the full repair paid. The initial estimate was low, but Lussier's took my car and said they'd work with them. The repair was completed and returned in 5 days. The work was excellent, and the vehicle was immaculate, washed outside, and vacuumed inside. I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend using them for all your repairs.
