I purchased a new washer & dryer from Lowe's. It was delivered by a service they use. In the process of installing the washer the drain pipe was broken. I didn't realize it until the guys were gone. The machine was draining & there was water on the floor. Keep in mind the drain line has been there since the 60's! I have been trying to replace the drain line. I have been to the store 3 different times. First time I couldn't get anyone to help me. The 2nd time a young lady helped me & it ended up being not what I needed. I returned that set up & then had a young man helping me. I tried to explain what I needed & he just wasn't getting it. He had several suggestions which I knew weren't going to work. I asked him if there was someone else there that had more experience with plumbing issue. He said "not right now". I left.

Worst store ever. Have now stood us up for 5 deliveries that they set up. Have spent 3 hours on hold on three different phones and they just keep putting you on hold or hanging up. Go else where! If you go to store. No people, no buttons to get people and did not see more than 6 employee. 1 to show you how to check out yourself!

I've generally had good success from Lowe's in stores, but this is the second time I've ordered something that needed delivery, 1st time cabinets shipped to store, 1 of them was dropped on corner and busted up, Lowe's ordered another one and Inspected it before they called me. This time I ordered a 8x10 shed I saw on there website, said it could be delivered by October 13th, so Saturday October 1st I went to halfmoon Lowe's and ordered it to be delivered to my house, on Tuesday Oct 11th I got a message it was being delivered next day, I called the number he left to find out what time because I didn't get home until 2pm, he told me delivery guy would be there about 2pm, I left work early, was home by 12:45, waited till 3:30 and called to find out when he was coming, I was told the delivery guy got done with his other deliveries early so he wouldn't be coming my way!and they would call me back when they would be coming my way again. By Tuesday October 18th 18th I had still heard nothing nothing so I called Lowe's customer service and registered a complaint By Tuesday October 18th 18th I had still heard nothing nothing so I called Lowe's customer service and registered a complaint, When I got home the next day day there was a voicemail at 9:45 AM stating stating they were going to deliver it that day that day I didn't get home till 5 PM IPM tried calling back the number and only got recordings. Friday October 21st I went up to Lowe's in Half Moon and spoke with a manager explaining my situation he he went and called the delivery company and only got voicemails too here it is October 25th and I still have no shed or any idea when it will be here, but now I have received my bill from Lowe's wanting me to pay for a shed I have not received! Never again! Very disappointed and angry!

I ordered a stove for my parents over a week ago and called 6 times for help getting it delivered and installed and old one taken away. Just keep getting the run around! Worst customer service I have ever had with Lowes!!! Still no help!

I needed a new water heater. Met an appliance rep who was more interested in changing my credit card to Amex. Was told a local plumbing company would contact me within 48 hours to discuss/install. It's now over 65 hours - 3 phone calls to the store and no one knows anything and yes the sales rep yesterday said they will be in touch later today - nothing. Left a message for front end sales manager - no return call. Getting ready to go to the completion. Beware of the lousy customer service here.

I am a very amateur, aspiring-woodworker getting my garage set up for some beginners woodworking so I went to Lowe's in Halfmoon Friday morning. Overwhelmed by the drill bits selection I must've looked lost because my savior, Lowe's employee Nick, noticed I looked lost and asked if he could help with anything. I explained I am just starting out to get tools i need to build things - I explained the specific projects and Nick hooked me up. He didn't bombard me with things i don't need, he was patient and spent what I want to say was a good 30-45 minutes with me, helping me choose drill bits because i had no clue what to look for. he suggested items and explained the difference between an impact driver and a drill (i had no idea). He didn't talk down to me or make me feel like a "silly woman doing a man's job" kinda way. Nick was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I appreciate his patience and time he spent with me. He kept asking what else could he help me with, until I finally let him go. That's the way I like to feel as a customer walking into a place. Thank you Nick, you're the man!

My experience at Lowes was less than satisfactory. When I went to Lowes for what I thought to be a quick stop to pick up some paint, I ended up being there for a half in hour.

Just a quick thumbs up recognition for how they are handling the COVID-19 checkout during busy times. It looked like it was going to be a lengthy wait when I saw the long single line queued up at checkout. However, one employee came down the line to request the last four digits of my phone number and then proceeded to scan every item in my basket. There were only two terminals open, but the line moved reasonably fast and when I had my turn at the register the clerk first sanitized the counter and then requested the four digits I had previously provided. My items all appeared on the screen and I inserted my credit card in the card reader. I was approved and finished with the entire checkout process in about 6 minutes. Nice work, Lowes.

No customer service in lumber. Waited for 15 minutes for help after they paged for an associate. Even after it started raining and I figured someone would come inside from an unscheduled break, nope. Their were more vendors who were tryng to be helpful, but no one wearing a red vest. Could have driven off in their fork lift with out being noticed. . . Went to Home Depot and was in and out with the lumber in less time than I wasted at the Latham Lowe's. One star for the one associate who was sympathetic, but not able to assist.

Great store with a lot of products but it's unfortunate it's so hard to get any customer service. This is the second time my husband and I have shopped in this store. The first time we came in to buy a grille. Full intention of finding and leaving with a grille. We asked one of the associates for help and he said he didn't work in the department. About 20 minutes later someone with no knowledge at all came over, we told him the one we wanted and he said they were outside and walked away... needless to say we got our grille at Home Depot. THEN last night, we were trying to buy a wood splitter for a Christmas gift. There are a lot of types of wood splitters and wood cutters and I honestly have no idea what the difference is so we were in need of some assistance. There was an associate walking by when my husband politely asked if he could help, the associate without pausing kept walking past him and said he didn't work in the department and would see if he could find someone. We heard a page to an isle we didn't think was ours, no one came so we pushed the assistance button at the desk and someone off the clock came over and turned it off and got someone to help us... he had no clue what he was talking about. He did know where the gloves were! Anyway, my husband and I both work in some form of customer service with the general public and understand the difficulty but this store really needs to step it up.
