This office is clean, welcoming, and the site manager is very friendly! I made an appointment a few days in advance and was able to check in online from my phone. They took me in almost immediately for my appointment and completed my bloodwork quickly and painlessly. This experience was very positive and efficient!

I’ve always had a good experience here, but this time was honestly the best! The phlebotomist Sophie (or Sophia I’m not 100% sure) was so kind and efficient. She talked me through the whole thing, and I barely even felt the needle!

Yesterday's blood test for my wife, Susie, went very smoothly and quickly, even without an appointment. Phlebotomist Sophie was both friendly and skillful. We won't hesitate to use Labcorp for future blood tests.

I've been using this labcorp for a few years now and today I arrived around 7:15 am for my labs. I took my number and waited about 15 min-20 min. I was checked in when my number was called, Heidi and Megan were efficient, and I was on my way after the blood draw. I feel we need to understand the immense pressure all of our healthcare workers and support staff are under in these difficult times. Kindness and a thank you goes a long way.

I have never been in a medical facility where the staff is SO rude!!! This was the LABCORP in Clifton Park NY. The people at the desk were actually nasty!! Pointing at a “ check in” computer, as if I was supposed to know it’s there. There were two exceptions and I wish I knew their names. One female from the front desk came around and showed me where I was supposed to register and how to login etc, so thanks to her. The person that did my bloodwork was very nice also. The man at the desk was SO rude, I can’t believe he works in a facility that cares for patients!!!I’m an RN and if any of the staff that work with me ever treated people like this, they’d be GONE!!LABCORP, screen your employees better!!!!

All of the people that work here were very kind to my 8 year old who was nervous about having her blood drawn for the first time. The person that drew her blood explained everything to her and made it a much more positive experience than it could have been. Thank you!

After reading all of the other reviews, it has become apparent that my horrible experience was par for the course. The rude woman everyone mentioned is absolutely excruciating to speak with. I can’t imagine how miserable of a person you have to be in order to treat people the way she does. I witnessed the same demeanor with each and every person she spoke with. The front desk is also not properly staffed. A gentleman in front of me had to call the main line just to get someone to come out..only to receive a lecture on how busy they were. Listen, if you hate your job and the general public that much, pick a different career field. Labcorp, do better.

Everyone was very kind. The tablet check-in was a touch confusing (trying to find the best automated multiple choice answer for my situation).I did get a text message when it was my turn. The phlebotomist was very procedural (which is comforting to me) and was receptive to my ramblings about being prone to queasiness, what's worked in the past, and my request to keep talking so she can gage my consciousness. All around, it was a very professional and painless (as much as getting blood drawn can be) process.

I visited this location in Clifton Park about a week and a half ago. It functions, but there is definitely no welcoming atmosphere or hospitality. The employees have a job to do, and that is to keep the assembly line moving. That would be great if their business wasn't people needing medical services. A woman in the waiting room was panicking while I was there because they were having trouble finding her doctor's service request on a tight deadline, and they still didn't exhibit compassion or hospitality.I myself had two services I wanted to perform together, and called ahead 3 times to try to make arrangements. No one ever answered my calls or returned my voice-mail messages. I never received the second medical service.I expect that the owner will deliver his standard meaningless response about "looking into the issue", but would love to see a response focused on the actual problems at this location.

Extremely rude man at the front desk: let’s break this down:1- he actually made me cry. Unacceptable if you ask me…2- I was trying to ask questions and he would interrupt me to start talking to his co-workers on something completely unrelated….3- I mentioned (on the verge of tears) that I had been waiting for a while without hearing anything and he had the audacity to actually call out the amount of time I had been waiting since checking in as an attempt to shame me in front of everyone…. His math was off by 5 minutes lol4- idk but if someone is visibly having a hard time asking questions and is shaking and tearing up, maybe try to be nice? Just common sense

This staff is VERY rude, incompetent and you receive the repercussions for it. I was here promptly on time for a pre employment drug screening, I waited 15 minutes in line. But bc they were talking amongst each other and took so long, it was 5 mins past my time. Without even looking at me the rude woman says “we don’t do those after 10” which is NOWHERE in my appt details and I work in the medical field. I know how this works, which I was there before 10. They better be careful with that attitude they don’t get someone on a bad day…people don’t care these days.

Online is states opens at 7. A year ago I came at 6:45 and saw 7:30 and waited. I had checked that my Dr. Had sent script with my primary 3 days a head. When I got there they brought me in and said it wasn’t there. I had to be to work by 8 o’clock and they told me to go up and talk to them. It would be faster and they would take me right now. I ran up and got it and came down and they took two people before me even knowing that I have been there and had number one. A year later I am coming again and I checked online hours and it did say seven . The previous time it was 7:30 because of Covid. Very unorganized and now I have to wait again .I cannot be late for work plus I had to fast..,

This Labcorp used to be wonderful! They are now nothing but people who sit behind the glass and complain about everything. Like the glass is a cone of silence or something…we can all hear you in the waiting area. Waiting while you are sitting and complaining….waiting waiting waiting

Third time this lab has blown out one of my veins. I always let the techs know that I have tricky veins and that they need to use the small baby needles. They usually do not take this into consideration, and every time I leave very bruised with multiple bandages. This never happens at other labs or specialists. Will not return to this location.
