I was received by a very rude woman who made it feel like I was an inconvenience, even though I was showing up 5 minutes early for my appointment. I've been waiting for 45 minutes past my appointment time and the phone just rings and rings, no one at this office cares at all to pick it up. Literally go anywhere else these people are awful. And the only reason I'm here in November to begin with is because H&R messed up my taxes from this year!!
