“This is my 5th or 6th time ordering furniture from Raymour & Flanigan. I always find the sales people helpful but not stalking my every move. They are all knowledgeable and I do my homework. I research several items I am interested in and have not been disappointed in the quality or pricing. On occasion I will have to wait for an actual sale where it is more than $25 difference but that would be my only "complaint". I have used their warranty previously and they are good for their word and have corrected any issue I may have. I've even ordered replacement cushions from them to extend the life of a living room set and not only did they match the color, as we had owned it for 5 years, to account for any fade that had taken place but it was VERY reasonably priced. I highly recommend Ryan Schofield in the Clifton Park location. He is attentive, funny and truly helps you not only get you what you need but at the best possible price for your situation. We are military and they provided a discount. My most recent purchase was to replace an impulse buy at a competitor and I will never shop their again I was very disappointed in the quality of their product. Stick with Raymour & Flanigan for quality at an affordable price.”
