I was combining two engagement rings to make one ring and working with Michelle from design to completion was great. She took what was in my head and made it a reality. I worked closely with Michelle and Eric to design two special rings that ended up completely exceeding my expectations. The experience was personal and positive from start to finish. My husband and recently went to Hoff’s to have my engagement rings setting changed. We went two weeks before Christmas and despite it being one of their busiest times of the year, the staff were patient, friendly and took their time with us. We primarily worked with Michelle and her husband (sorry I forgot his name) but they were both very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. They provided us with a 3D image before moving forward to make sure we were comfortable with the design. When I picked up my ring, it was beautiful beyond words! I later had an issues with the fit of my wedding band and Michelle offered suggestions and support to make sure the whole set fit perfectly! I would highly recommend Hoff’s. They go above and beyond for their customer’s.
