I had a great experience at the Hannoush store in Clifton Park. Allen really went above and beyond to repair my Breitling. I was in a pinch and needed it fixed on a short notice and he had the same watch(owned his own) and used his parts to repair my watch. I look fwd to returning to the store for future jewelry purchases.

The Clifton Park store is absolutely beautiful and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Donna was particularly attentive and enjoyable to work with (and has a great sense of humor). I visited Hannoush Jewelers to talk about resizing and resetting my jewelry and she was fabulous in helping me do so. Highly recommend Donna as well as the store!
