The bad smell in the place is not the worst of it. I creeped out every time I enter the store. They don't have prices or expiration dates on many of their items, so they charge you what they want at the register. Their bread is always stale.I caught them overcharging me for an item that did have a sticker price and they got ugly about it.They are extremely unfriendly, and I often have to wait for someone to come to the counter or finish their phone call. Don't go here if you can avoid it.

Serviceable store for what it sells, nothing special about it, and more so, nothing great about it. Most people are forced to buy from here since the other better halal stores are in Albany. If a new store opened up, I would definitely go to it over this. I should also mention that the quality of this store has declined over the years, wasn't always this mediocre.

Moldy food! Just purchased frozen Haldiram Homestyle Prata and Roti. All 6 bags have mold on the bread! Expiration is 2023. Should have seen this in the store, but I missed it. Should have known because I did see the refrigerated breads with mold and tons of freezer burn on the meat products in the freezer. Huge indicator that there are temperature issues with the freezers/fridges.

This store sell Restaurant Depot chicken in the store. I saw the bag of it I asked the owner where is your meat come from he said it’s coming from New Jersey. I ask him it’s Halal zabiha he say yes but he lied to me I saw it with my eyes the back employee grab the bag it’s from Noor Al jabal which is not zabiha it’s hala Machine slaughter not hand slaughter. I ask him again is ur chicken meat are zabiha hand slaughtered he said yes but he didn’t know that I just saw at back they give me the chicken from noor Al jabal bag . So please make sure you see with ur eyes what you getting.

Not my standard type of store. I am from DC and the standards there are drastically different. The store has abad smell. It’s messy and packed. More times than not, I wait at the checkout for a minute or two for someone to come to cash me out.The attendants are hardly pleasant. I only go when I absolutely have to

Asian/Indian store have increased around the area with population growth of the minority population. This was one of the first asian/Indian stores opened in the Saratoga County by the Sihal family who owned another grocery store and a restaurant location in Albany county. The management has recently changed. You do get to buy stuff that you wouldn't find at Walmart or a local grocery store that are used in a South Asian household. My family goes there every Thursday as they get fresh vegetables and meat. The vegetables are purchased in NYC and brought here. You get the green chilis that are spicier than the one in your local store....I addition you get to buy tropical fruits jack fruits, green pumpkin, lychee and guava. I go there for my Mukwas (mouth freshener...soamp), Thums up (Indian soda) and mango kulfi.

Excellent option in Clifton park NY. Very friendly. The butcher section is very fast. The price point is bit expensive from all the other options around this area but the shopping experience makes up for the increased price. The Desi fish and vegetable options can be better.

Super clean and organized! They have a good selection of spices, frozen foods specialty items. The meat and chicken was cut and packed well in small portions. I have to travel an hour to get there, but it’s well worth it!
