fantastic service! The sales rep Shane was professional, helpful and a pleasure to chat with while I waited. I brought in two watches to be repaired by Mike, their in house service tech. He was able to answer all my questions and repair it in house that day.Their pricing is the best in the area and they have the ability to fix it in house. This is a far better alternative to other local retailers who send the watch to the manufacture with turn around times of 8-10 weeks.I cannot recommend them enough!

I got an engagement ring here. Karen was wonderful, knowledgeable, and the best to work with. The experience is top notch. I've had a resizing miscommunication And Dawn took care of it. I'd definitely recommend this place. The entire staff was just very pleasant to work with. They took the time to take care of their clients and ensure the experience is truly exceptional and memorable. I'd definitely be coming back for the wedding band soon.

The lack of service they showed my sister in law was absolutely atrocious.She requested her engagement ring to be resized and agreed to pay extra to have the opal stone removed first. Opals are sensitive. When she came back to pick it up it was obvious the stone was not removed and exposed to intense heat and pressure. They never mentioned or admitted their fault and tried to just pass it off that she was mistaken. They promised her a new stone, which they never delivered on. The only redeeming quality is they never charged her. When it was obvious she emotional they ushered her aside.If you're trusting someone with the one engagement ring you will ever hope to own, this is not the place for you. I would never recommend Glennpeter to anyone.

I simply can't rave enough about Paula at GP! She is always very attentive, listens and is available to the customer. Paula has been able to help me and my family find pieces for every occasion (engagement, wedding, birthday, Christmas, baptism and more!) She goes above and beyond to understand what you may be looking for and always finds exactly that! Paula is personable, kind and creates a wonderful experience for in store shopping. Paula is a great part of the GP team and I would recommend working with her for any occasion to find that right purchase for your special someone!Paula- Thank you for your time, patience and continuously finding those special gifts for my loved ones. I seriously could not imagine working with anyone else!

Very pushy people. Sales lady asked me my name 3 times after I told her I was just browsing. Not surprised that her name was Karen. I actually took my fiance here last year to look at wedding rings. Young girl behind the counter was so pushy and obnoxious, my then fiancee wouldn't hand the girl her engagement ring when she offered to clean it. I don't blame her.

Dawn is truly one of a kind. She helped my fiancé pick out my amazing engagement ring without being pushy and made the experience so much easier! She even learned so much about me in the process to give him the perfect plan for the proposal. She genuinely cares about each interaction with all of the people she meets. Would highly highly highly recommend her and Glennpeter to anyone around!!

If I could give more than five stars, I would. Dawn and her staff at Clifton Park is truly the best around. I had the privilege of working with Dawn in making our engagement ring. After that we got our wedding bands. I also picked a third ring for my wife as a wedding present for a gorgeous wedding stack. They truly know what they are doing and will put you in the right direction. They treat you like family and really care about you. My wife and I love coming to Glenpeters even just to say hi and get our rings cleaned. I tell everyone about our experience here and tell them to come to Glennpeters.

The staff were polite and friendly. The store is clean and organized with a great selection.I was assisted by Karen, who was wonderful! She was extremely helpful and patient with a guy like me who truly knows nothing about jewelry and wanted to get something special.Thanks to Karen, our engagement and wedding was truly magical.
