I got quoted a price of $600 for repair at AAA. Gil’s said they could do for same price . It ended up costing over $1000 due to a problem that was more work. They called and left message which must have been a wrong # ( I had no calls from them). They kept my car 24 hours without calling me back and without doing the repair. I had to bring it back for another half day. AJ was very nice. I just can’t be without my car like they assume I can.

I had to have a diagnostic done on my vehicle. The shop was able to fit me in fairly quickly. The technician contacted me & gave his honest opinion that the car had multiple issues & it wasn't really worth repairing. A less honest shop would've done the repairs & sent me on my way knowing my vehicle wasn't worth fixing.
After deciding to surrender the vehicle for salvage, Art in customer service gave me some great advice to get the most value for my SUV. Thank you to both the technicians & Art for helping me navigate the process.

I needed a new battery and heating/cooling flush. It was half the price the dealership quoted me and they had my truck out in time fire me to go out for dinner
