They bought our mortgage and it has been nothing but troubles. Completely negligent customer service. Multiple times they put me on hold for hours until their office closes. They weren’t applying my mortgage payments, instead putting it to “unapplied funds”, then tried charging me late fees and saying I owed.My loan officer has advised us to write a formal complaint, stop paying our mortgage to them, and contact the better business bureau.

These people bought our mortgage from another company and they have been pretty scummy. Constant spam mail and spam email trying to get us to sign up for loans against our equity. The mail they send you is made to look like your bill until you open it then, surprise, more spam mail. It takes forever to do anything over the phone. The whole company gives off a super sketchy vibe.

I worked mostly with Anthony Underwood (Division Manager) and he was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I also worked with Dan Guzman and Dave DeLuca on occasion. They were also helpful.
