Second times visiting this place. Today 6/23/23 at 7:20pm went there to buy balloons for my niece bday. I grabbed the balloons from those draws based off the numbers of what I want to purchase. There a young man on register one busy checking customers out. This lady jumped on the last Register to help out; when she was done. I asked if she can put air on the balloons; she grabbed the balloons from my hand(strike one). She proceeded to the station soon she arrives there she said “Did you took those from there?” Like a parents scorning their child; Pointing to a shopping paper bag on the floor. I said “of course not” I took them from the draws than she proceeded to ask the other customer who was at the station but with a little less base to her tone. Like why would that be your first assumption. She was rude and did not apologize for her mistake. Definitely would not go there again.

I LOVE DOLLAR TREE! Every time I go in for a couple of items I usually notice new merchandise and spend way too much on stuff I need but didn't realize they had it in stock.

Horrid experience today 12/7/22 at 9:30am. Ridiculously rude employee. Possible the supervisor judging by the way way this loud spoken woman (white 40ish) with dark hair tied back. I have difficulty walking. While I was in the aisle at the far back trying to continue to the next aisle this woman was stocking the end cap with a cart blocking half the area.Seeing me coming she decided the squat down to stock the shelf. Not being able to pass instead of getting up she "ordered" me to go back down the entire aisle to continue to my next aisle. Rude, inconsiderate power crazed dictator goofball has no right being in this position. If Dollar Tree cares they will see this and correct this negative culture and get employees with proper people skills.

Short version- very rude staff. I won’t be returning.Long version- I get a lot of staples for our household from Dollar Tree, including balloons. I usually go to the locations at 8A or 9 but today I happened to be near exit 8 so I went to this location. When I told the middle-aged Asian woman I wanted to get a certain balloon, she went to the balloon area, came back and told me she didn’t have any of that one. Then she took the next customer, ignoring the stuff I had put on her register, and not asking if I wanted any other balloons. So I went to the balloon drawers and checked for other options.When I found one that had enough in the drawer, I told her I wanted that one and that I needed 20 of them for my son’s birthday today, she said, “20?!” and rolled her eyes. I ignored it. When she got another customer, I told her to take that lady before finishing my order. I tried to be patient as she continued to give me an attitude. Finally, she called for backup (after I had been there for over 30 minutes, waiting for her to finish my order but stopping constantly to take other customers).An older white woman came up, asked what was going on and then proceeded to tell me that it’s a good idea to call ahead for a balloon order like that. I told her I didn’t realize I could do that and apologized. There was a lot of attitude that continued for the rest of my visit.When they finally finished my order, the white woman said to the Asian woman, “now you’re gonna have to ring that up 20 times”. At this point, I was annoyed enough myself to consider walking out and sticking them with the balloons they had filled. While the Asian woman was ringing up my order, the white woman proceeded to berate me some more about not calling ahead. I was so mad by the time I left that I wished I had gone to one of my regular locations. The entire visit was almost an hour; if I had known how long it would take for something so simple, I would have gone to another location.This is not the first time I’ve had a big order and I did not get attitude at the exit 8A store when I went there. Furthermore, I have never seen any signage, nor have I ever been told that I could call ahead before. In my opinion, if you’re going to get visibly annoyed about something, you should really make sure you have made it clear to customers about your preferences.Oh, and the floor was filthy. It’s an older store but you can still keep it clean…

Great store. Plenty to buy and clean/well kept up. Lots of room to move around in most aisles. We stopped in on mothers day and still they had plenty of stock for cards, balloons, silk flowers and other things to make a gift bag. Staff were great as well.

I had time to kill so I stopped in to pick up a few things. The store is much larger than most, and that led to a feeling of spaciousness. The inventory was the same as you will find everywhere else, however. The staff were friendly and I was able to get in and out quick.

My plan was to simply add a few photos from my latest visit here. But I feel obligated to add a comment about an observation while checking out.A supervisor was watching over and assisting an approximately 16-year-old clerk at our register. It was immediately apparent that the clerk was in training as the supervisor occasionally offered encouragement and instructions on the use of the register. As the clerk received the cash for our purchase, the supervisor printed the receipt, placed it for the clerk to see, and called attention to the amount on the receipt that would be the proper amount of cash to return to the customer for change. That amount was $2.61.The clerk had no problem with removing two $1 bills and two quarters but began to hesitate as she retrieved a penny. As the clerk continued to gaze at the till, the supervisor pointed to the dimes and said something.What struck me was, with plastic credit/debit cards taking over our lives, new generations are no longer dealing with cash and there is a lessened need for them to understand how to make change or recognize the different coin values. I was previously surprised when I had heard that cursive writing was no longer being taught in schools, and now I'm shocked to see our future leaders not knowing the value of coins.All of that aside, the shopping experience was very good. Plenty of goods on the shelfs, well organized and a clean environment. But you still must decide for yourself if the value meets your needs.

I like the convenience of having a store closer to home, however this store is not as well stocked as other Dollar Tree stores. Employees are great and friendly and helpful as they can be. When I asked about missing items was told that employees are not allowed to open boxes in back or restock shelves without management present. This seems ridiculous.
