CVS hires very nice and professional people in all the stores I've been to. If there's a problem(there never was btw) they'd make it right.
Apparently the central office in R.I. must keep pretty good oversight over things because I've never had a bump in the road.

I'm never able to get a prescription in a single visit here. It doesn't matter what time you go or whether you go inside or through the drive through, there's always a 20-30 minute wait and then they won't have your prescription anyway. You can't call and check by phone because no one picks up.

Open 24 hours. Bright, clean, nice friendly staff. Has stuff you need and good selection of snacks also.

This pharmacy has gone down hill in the past few years. They do not answer the phone too. Ik they are busy but come on already, get more staff.

I'd recommend waiting until your regular pharmacy opens the next morning, because you'll be on hold until that time anyway. It's bonkers that you should wait that long to just TALK to the pharmacy. I cannot imagine the wait times for medication to be filled. It's so disappointing to say that because I've had so many moments where this pharmacy saved me, which is why they have 3 instead of 1 (or zero, that's how mad I am). I can't say I blame the workers: I DEFINITELY blame the system. This has to be a new answering system that clearly doesn't work.

Rude Pharmacy tech, Jael I. Never saw someone that impatient and rude for no reason. Needs some training on how to deal with customer for sure or better find another job.

It's funny how Walgreens is right across the street and has such a better atmosphere than CVS. The only redeemable thing about this CVS is that the pharmacy is 24 hours. This store is depressing and outdating. Whatever "cute" thing you see at other CVS stores, you won't find here.I went to pickup my photo order (with an email confirmation) they said the order was "missing" but honestly it seems like they just didn't want to print it out. When they sent in the order in again they said the prints could range anywhere from "a few minutes to half an hour." Why do you even offer photo service when your system is massively outdated? It's already a pain to drive to CVS and to be told to come back at some mysterious random date that is NOT today, is really annoying.I hate this place.

I went here to buy a specific brand of a medical product. The cashier not only SWITCHED the product to the generic CVS brand without telling me, but they put in 2 instead of 3 items that I needed. SUPER SHADY. NEVER in my wildest dreams would I expect a cashier to do that! I won't be shopping here again and want to warn anyone who does to really watch out for the shady cashiers!!!

I have never been treated so poorly by any store employee much less the manager. I placed an approximately $60 photo order and the manager told me it wasn’t there. Being that it was Christmas gifts , I went to the store. Gave my last name - nope not here. Is it under a different last name? Don’t think so - I only have one last name. Manger went back to loading the cooler. No offer of any help. I asked how long I would have to wait till he could help me. He told me he had other priorities. I was floored…. Really?! I asked another employee for a person that was over this manger. He told her not to give me any numbers. I truly was speechless. I was concerned if I protested too much he would not give me my order if found. I as the other employee if perhaps she could look at the order number I was given when I placed the order. She kindly apologized and looked it up and found it. My name and my daughter’s name are on the account. Mind you the order was paid by me, placed by me and they used her last name instead of mine. I did confirm my correct last name was on the account and it was. The kind employee pulled the order and it was allThere. She apologized for the error and the manager walks by and I heard him say” I knew it was under the “f—king” wrong last name. Really??? I told him he didn’t need to speak to me that way. I kept my cool , got my stuff and went out to the car and called the district manager and left a complaint . 7-10 day wait while they investigate. I work with the public- there is no way this behavior is acceptable. I was shocked and really didn’t know how to respond to such a nasty employee. Let’s see how CVS corporate handles this. There is no way to not put any stars.

Rude, required provider to call in prescriptions multiple times then on calls transferred to voice mail. Message left and again when the patient went to receive the prescription, pharmacy staff again claimed message lost. Hold for pharmacy over 15 min.Do not use this pharmacy!!

Never picked up a prescription here in less than 30 minutes. Outrageously slow, and the drive thru option is even slower!

Called to speak with a Pharmacist, the robot call never linked me with a human pharmacist so I could get my questions answered. CVS customer care in the location is great, but the corporate office needs to let their customers speak with a pharmacist over the phone
