The wait is consistently extremely long. Most of the time you have to go from pick up window to drop off window and back to the pick up window. Multiple times we go to pick up a script and they insist that they never received it. Have to call the doctors office who sends it again and again before CVS finally acknowledges they received it. Yesterday I tried to pick up a script sent on September 27th and they say they never received it again. Tells me I need to go to the drop off window. Today I call that same script with doctors information and I can see it's been electronically sent there on my portal and they say they can't find it. Even with RX ID number. Call my doctors office ask them change it to Walgreens and Walgreens had it within minutes. I also spelled the name of my daughters name date of birth and they told me they didn't have anything. Sent me to drop off window spelled it for that later and then she said oh it's here goes back to pick up window and lady says sorry I thought it was spelled with an O even though I spelled her name multiple times with an A. Customer service is lacking.

I have tried to be patient with this pharmacy, but I am taking my business elsewhere. I apparently once had to give them my health insurance card for a vaccination, and now EVERY TIME I get a prescription filled they try to put it through my health insurance rather than my drug coverage. I have repeatedly pointed out the mistake and asked them to fix the situation, and every time I have to go through the nonsense of having them bill the correct insurance. I can tell the staff are genuinely sorry about it, but apparently they are unable to fix it, so I'm done.

Was sick and had to go to oncall. This cvs is the only pharmacy close by open 24/7. I went there expecting to sit quite awhile. It was busy. They had my antibiotics ready in 10 minutes. So quick and efficient.

I love the staff at the CVS, but I'll admit it's super frustrating every time I go. I know they are short staffed and all, but this doesn't really have to do with that. So every time I come here, and I have to stand in line inside, I stand in line waiting for my script and they tell me that when they call my name over the speaker, don't wait in line, just come right up. But there's a huge line. So being a non-confrontational person I am, I usually just wait in the line again. But of course, as instructed, people will just go right in, so everyone in line will give them a dirty look. It's not their fault, that's what they were told to do. But there's not really a line for that anywhere, and they kind of form their own line. People in the original line give them dirty looks, or get confused, and then people in the "don't wait in line" line give dirty looks to the people from the original line that are pulled before them. Meanwhile the people who are told not to wait in line are picking up a prescription that is ready, but when I'm waiting in line for something that was filled a week ago, technically so am I. So why are they trying to do this separately and so unorganized? They really should have two lines distinct and labeled lines, one for ready prescriptions, one for everything else. It would make things go a whole lot smoother, cause with the high volume of customers right now, it's a mess.

My go to pharmacy for years now. The people qnd stuff here are friendly. Fee faces have been here for a while. The time of the visit drive through wasn't functional. The wait times are longer but I gave been accustomed to it over time and plan accordingly. Everyone knows what they sell and what's available.

If I could give this CVS zero stars, I would. This location is the worst. Want to call in a prescription? Be prepared to call several times, be on hold for over 10 minutes each time, only to have NO ONE pick up the phone. This happens literally every single time I call. It's extremely rare for anyone to answer the phone. Because of this, I've had to drive over to the pharmacy to tell them to fill it in person, and then I've got to wait at least 20 minutes. Want to go through the drive thru? Sorry! It's either closed or the line is out to the road. They are beyond slow when it comes to the drive thru. Once you get to the window, be prepared to wait nearly 5 minutes for your prescription. All this has been going on since before the pandemic, so that's not an excuse. Also, I had a new prescription filled, started taking it for 2 weeks and it wasn't helping. Come to find out, the pharmacist never told me that I must take the medication with food with at least 350 calories. So because of their incompetence, indifference, or both, I wasted 2 weeks of pills because of them. Be very weary when you get your scripts from there, because you can't count on them to inform you. Im pulling all my prescriptions from CVS now and going to another pharmacy all together. There are many pharmacy options out there that won't waste your time and money like CVS.

I try not write bad reviews, but holy cow. Pharmacy staff was rude, a guy started talking to me, then ran to help another person and forgot what he was doing for me. They do NOT pick up the phone so don't even try. In my time waiting I heard the phone ring several times and they just ignored it. I guess they have been having the same problem for the last 8 years. The only reason to go there is because the other pharmacies close early on weekends. Avoid avoid avoid.

I went on the way to work and unfortunately only had 15-20 minutes . I selected my items, went up to the register to pay and the customer in front of me had a zillion coupons and complained about every price the poor cashier rung up. I had to use the self check out like everyone else did since there was only ONE a cashier, and got stuck because it was saying it was full of coupons and needed a cashier to reset. I knew I wasn't getting any help from the one cashier so I threw a fit and threw everything, items, coupons over the counter. I said, "I don't want it anymore. This lady is taking an hour at the register!" And left. Here's a tip, how about hiring someone to back up the one cashier so when the coupon ladies complain about each price there is someone to help other customers who are also waiting. I will never go there again.

The pharmacy has never picked up the phone. I've waited up to a half hour at some points and gave up. Doctor sent over a prescription and I showed up and they said it was not there. They called the doctor and the doctor confirmed it was sent. I waited about an hour and they still said it was never sent. Once again, I gave up. Highly recommend to never go to this location if you can avoid it.

Long lines people like to cut the line a lot and some of the pharmacists are morons on a power trip There is a more friendly CVS in Latham 750 New Loudon road, they saw my dog in the drive through and gave her a free dog treat. Better then dealing with a pharmacist who likes to bully people trying to get their meds for a blood disease. The bully is short, has long black hair, and probably a Napoleon complex. She wouldn't give me my meds because my ID was unreadable(I use my mother's ID which is readable and is valid) since I take hydroxyurea(which is considered a chemotherapy drug) and I need an ID from me or a family member. I had to call my dad to come in since "they had to be in person" the last 8/9 months this wasn't a problem until this short lady with long black hair decided to bully me. I had to pull my father away from visiting my mom because she is in Rensselaer Manor with dementia and she doesn't know the difference between up and down. If I could give 0 stars I would 100% People like that make me sick but they exist because they want to use what little authority they have so they can make people's lives worse for reasons I don't understand.

Today's neighborhood drug store is CVS. Not saying that is good or bad, it just is. This one does get extra credit for being open 24 hours, but not enough to round up to a 4. Call it a 3.4.

Chaos for prescriptions. Went there for an RX at 2 in the morning years ago - it still took an hour and I was the only one in the store. Thought I would give it another try and had my doctor call a first time RX there yesterday. After checking prices, I expected to pay what the coupon said but when I went to pick it up I was told that coupon price is an "estimate" and it would cost less to use my insurance. Then there was a rigamarol about changing it to my insurance and I was told to wait while the pharmacist "approved" the change. I was in a hurry, came back two hours later. At 3:30 in the afternoon there were 5 people in line in front of me, and after 2 minutes I counted 10 people behind me. I don't know how the pharmacist can work under such pressure. Even with 4 checkout stations it was bedlam. I'm transferring my prescription to Rite Aid. CVS prices are too high anyway unless you buy the vitamins when they are BoGo.

I would give a 0. The pharmacy staff are completely incompetent. They either lied to me about an authorization or didn't know how to read their own system. The staff there should be replaced or heavily retrained.

The pharmacy staff is a conplete mess, and they will lie to you as well. They will tell you something can be picked up and when you go there, it's not ready; this will happen 3 days in a row sometimes. After speaking to my doctor, he told me he would never recommend CVS to anyone. My prescription was sent in on a Monday and they told me it was ready that day. When I walked in, they said it wouldn't be ready till the next day. I walked in the next day and they said to come back after 7pm. I came back after 7pm and the Pharmacist asked me when I had the prescription sent in. I said Monday. He said it will be ready tomorrow(this is on Wednesday now). The drug that I was deprived of due to these bumbling idiots can kill you if you stop taking them. I went 3 days without taking them cause of these idiots. I want to see a Diploma earned by one person in this clown show.

They use a cheap camera and take only one shot. No wonder the photos are terrible.
