(This was a Friday close to the end of business hours) It was due to Del's diligence, exemplary Cust Ser skills and genuine willingness to resolve, that all was accomplished. I was impressed, extremely satisfied, and looking forward to doing future business with Sunmark, also recommending your Services to friends and colleagues. “Over the years, I found First New York FCU services to be very prompt and hassle-free. I used their services for an auto loan and checking account. They offered the best auto loan rate at the time and were very prompt to give me the check for my car. I forgot to ask for lien release certificate when the loan was paid off. I even closed my accounts b/c I was not really using them.More than five years later, I walked in to ask for that lien release certificate, with full expectation that it would be long daunting task, requiring several visits, as I was coming back after so many yrs and did not have an active account with them. However, they gave me the certificate literally within 5 minutes of entering the bank!! I could not ask for any better service! I highly recommend them and will be using their services in future.”

Each time I visit I leave happy that I do not deal with an "actual bank". I trust they will maintain their increased level of customer service as I believe that is the foundation for customer satisfaction. I am relieved following the merge and so pleased to be a credit union member. I love that they have all the functionality of online banking, but still have the customer service in person .. much appreciated.”
“People come on here mainly to piss and moan. Want proof? Look at the 2 reviews Sunmark has received, - 5 years ago and 9 years ago. Each under completely different leadership. Since, Sunmark has expanded significantly, branches have been remodeled for better member services, and their loan process streamlined. Interesting how nobody comes on here to say any of the positives. Miserable people everywhere.”
