The staff at Cornerstone Veterinary hospital first saw my cat Christy when I walked in with a medical emergency and immediately evaluated her. I realized after talking to the tech that took her back said that they weren't but that they never turn away a pet and only evaluated her to make sure she was well enough to travel and suggested the nearest ER that was suited for the neurological issue she was having and they didnt charge me for the evaluation. Christy is now a patient at Cornerstone and I can't say enough about the gentle and professionaland care she was given by Dr Monast and her assistant at her first appt! Christy is recovering nicely!

Everyone was so kind and accommodating! The staff really listened to my concerns and provided reasonable and feasible treatment for my cat. By far the best veterinary experience I’ve had in the Capital Region!

I really love the place and the people. They were really polite and nice. They took really good care of my dog and i felt she was treated like a human. I felt really safe with them, and i also liked that the next day they called me to check on my dog. They ask if everything was ok with my dog and if i had any questions. 100% recommended. I will def be back.

We have been going to Cornerstone for several years and are very happy there. Everyone who works there is so professional, knowledgable, and friendly - our pets receive excellent care, and Dr. Curtain (our main vet) is AWESOME!! He has a way of making our dog and cat feel comfortable, and always takes the time to explain things and answer our questions. We also love how you can call in the morning for a same day appointment, and how they are open evenings and all day on Saturday. Highly recommend!! ?

I highly recommend Cornerstone. My dog had so many things going on at once which was very over whelming and I didn’t have to stress about forgetting any of it. The vet thoroughly read over his files and tackled each thing with a plan. Very happy with our visit and this will be where we stay!

The absolute best vet I have ever taken my dog to! My dog is very anxious and skittish of new people and needs time to warm up to them. Dr. Robeson and her assistant were took the time to let my dog approach them the first visit and went at her pace. Everything they do is done in the room with you so there’s no your dog being dragged to a back room somewhere and not knowing what’s happening. As soon as she realized my big baby of a dog was stressed and scared we immediately stopped with trying to give her any vaccinations. From there we were able to come up with a treatment plan to provide my dog with some medication to help her feel more relaxed for her next visit. Other vets had shamed me for my dogs fear of people but nobody in this office did and completely understood her fear. We came back for her next visit today after taking the medications and we’re able to get everything done with no problems. Although my dog wouldn’t hurt anyone I muzzled her for everyone (including hers safety.) The office staff when we came in was so welcoming and non-judge mental and trying to give my dog all the love. Even after everything was done and we took the muzzle off they were still giving her the same attention and love. Will 100% be bringing all of my animals here and have advised friends looking for a vet to come here also. Thank you guys so much for taking such care of my fur baby!

Everyone there is just so so sweet. Dr. Landgraf was excellent and professional. She was so detailed about Maggie’s dental procedure. After meeting with her, I feel confident and trusting that Maggie is in the best of hands!

!!!'!!! Stay away from Cornerstone Vet as all the other Elites whom have sold their souls to the ((D). They are in the wrong Industry. They have no compassion for Animals or their fur parents. They are our fur children not " Property ". You all have a hot place awaiting you. Dana or Diana the Manager should be the first as I will not forget her response. I suffer from PTSD and losing my fur child due to your Greed as much as I thought I was succeeding failed as you did not nor considered working with me nor Dr saying I would feel comfortable checking him ( Bloodwork) etc. We will work with you. I felt in my heart you several discriminate on certain breeds. Only one was not like that. No emotion not kindness was shown. It's just a business for you All. My agonizing pain as trauma seeing how he left me as he woke up drinking eating but fatigue as hind legs still weak and lesions on chest I was doing Holistic's trying to bring down bill to repeat bloodwork knowing unless I had money he. Would not be seen nor provided as Prescription.. . He has labored breathing yet never did you care to offer or feel safe prescribing Oxygen. God only knows what he had, it sure was not Cushions as cushions does not make you lose weight and all his organs based on previous Doctors as ultra were Good. Lungs were fine. But yet you couldn't even provide a letter confirming to Insurance Scammers . This Generation are a disgrace as Vets as well. I despise you All. No better than Bougt or any other. Bring back the old fashion ones from the Grave. Those did care. Dismantle these Greedy Corporations as low key Vets disguised . Above all Insurance companies which are Scammers. But of course not. They are just an Asset. You all have hell to answer to. Take that damn "Hospital " name off as you are not a Hospital nor equipped with the technology needed. All these places have sold their Souls to the elites ( many undercover). Laugh as mock while reading this, your Judgement day is around the Corner and it sure will not be Heaven. I will fight till my last breath to make changes as demolish these Insurance scammers. Then you guys shall learn how to keep it humble as your riches will succumb.
