Once again....i must say i feel that this is an overall honest shop.I take into account all shops need to make money. But overall, i am not getting the impression that taking advantage of the customer is their goal.I just left another HUGE local garage for doing that exact thing.I feel AAA garage is attempting to keep up the reputation that AAA has achieved for its roadside service over the decades.I do appreciate EVERYONE!! From the service desk.. to the mechanics who seem very knowledged in their craft.Hoping to keep this as my priority garage for our families 4 vehicles. Please keep up the standards for customers that seems to be a dying trend." customers are struggling too to stay above the economy curve also.A reputation is built over time. Keep up the honest standards.!!"After 3 weeks, im returning since problem was not resolved. A pretty minor issue.... lets see how this spins out.....

Mark was professional. He actually saved me money and made several recommendations that were for my safety. The waiting area was pleasant and they offered water and coffee. What a great place. I will be back for sure.

They are very world class. My car broke down and it was towed here. Mark is an incredibly kind and professional manager, if I wasn't from out of state this would be my go to mechanic.

If you want quality repair done on your vehicle, take it to AAA in Clifton Park. We recently took our vehicles to the facility and did the services we asked for, and also let us know our tires were getting low on one of our vehicles. There was no pressure to upsell us anything, and they provided us a digital vehicle inspection, with pictures showing my tire tread, break measurements and other parts under the vehicle, I found that really helpful. They even rotated the tires for free, which is a tremendous value for the price. Really comfortable waiting room with free k-cups, water, Wi-Fi, customer computer and cable tv.

Mark is great to work with and front desk gentleman, forgot name is just wonderful. I know that parts are costly these days in labor isn't cheap but this place has been consistent no matter the turnaround time is short and that's what I need, so ty to AAA once again

Not pleasant. Waited over 15 minutes after appointment time to meet with the travel consultant. The consultant saw me enter and proceeded to initiate and receive phone calls while I waited.

Dropped off my car for an oil change (2013 Subaru Outback, 75,000 miles). The service took about an hour as suggested. When I picked it up, several of my dash lights illuminated within 2 or 3 miles of my departure suggesting engine, brake, and cruise control problems . I called AAA and the manager came out and checked the gas cap and the air filter. Gas cap was tight but there was a dirty 'cabin filter' in the engine air filter canister. Seemed odd to me because I checked the air filter 2 weeks earlier and the correct one was installed and it was clean. The incorrect filter caused a vacuum leak due to improper sealing in the filter box likely causing the problem. AAA said they had a replacement air filter in stock for $38 which seemed a bit excessive so I went to the Walmart down the street and bought one for $12.88. It took about 5 minutes to install. BOTTOM LINE . . . when my car went in for the oil change it was running fine. We've never had a problem with it and have maintained it according to mfg recommendations. After the oil change it was riddled with sudden problems. Also . . . AAA had suggested I needed an immediate front brake replacement for about $600. When I took it into Subaru the next day to correct the problems that existed right after the oil change (at a cost of ~$200) Subaru also checked the brakes and mentioned that there was 25-30% of the front pads remaining which should last me another 8-10K miles. A little research in the internet indicated that a front brake job (pads and routers) should cost about $400 (KBB reference). The dealer estimated replaces pads and rotors at about $500. A word of caution . . . think twice about using AAA Auto Services when looking to service your vehicle.

So far so good. I have been taking my car to Goodyear on Wolf road for years but the last time I was so disappointed that I decided to switch to this shop. They are honest and do good work.
