Absolutely phenomenal service, these people saved me so much time/trouble/heartache/money while I was dealing with an awful predatory local business, Will's Wrecker. They steered me to someone who could help me, free of charge! I didn't even end up being their customer, they were just kind! Leaving this 5-star review is the least I could do in return. These are good, decent people who will help you however they can. I mean, that's invaluable. You can't put a price on that kind of service.

The back window on my Jeep Liberty would not close. I went into Phinn’s because another repair shop had recommended as them they were too busy to see me. The owner went out with me to my car and investigated the situation. He took off the paraphernalia on the door and found out that the mechanisms just weren’t connecting anymore. He was very professional and helpful and had it done within 15 minutes and sent me on my way. I had never been to this place but I will definitely go back.

My son had his first (and hopefully last) wreck with his brand new car. The staff at Phinn's quickly got his car in, and fixed. The entire time they had the car, they humored my ridiculous questions, numerous phone calls and drive bys. Thank you does not express enough how thankful I am for you!! Phinn's fixed up my new Honda after it was damaged in a hit and run. Nate and his crew were an absolute pleasure to deal with and I am extremely happy with the work they did to put my car back together. After the collision, Phinn's was the ONLY body shop I considered taking my car to for repairs. We are so fortunate to have such a reliable, professional, family-run repair business right here in the 1000 Islands.
