Friendly, efficient and professional. We were visiting Clayton from out of town. 30 minutes before we got there, we heard a rattling from our car. We called around and C&M were the only ones who could fit us in on a Friday. They had the problem diagnosed and fixed within a half hour. The price to repair it was less than a Starbucks cup of coffee. What could have been an anxious situation was made easy by C&M.

Referred by a friend, I called C&M on a Friday afternoon at 359PM hoping to catch someone to hopefully get their next appointment in a week or so. They said drop it off, we'll look at it Monday morning. Monday morning rolls around and my phone rings before 8am with a complete estimate, parts within an hour and a fairly extensive repair (front pads, rotors and calipers as well as both front sway link ends) done by the end of the day. At a very good price considering the lack of a wait and speed of completion. Very impressed and will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Phenomenal staff. Great communication. I was recommended to them by some friends that use them. Very impressive work ethic and communication. Had my truck front end rebuilt and new tires put on in one day. Very reasonably priced as well. Highly recommended

My check engine light came on while on vacation. Looked online and found C and M located nearby. I read the reviews which were all outstanding and decided to bring in my car. The service there is great. Was able to get car repaired the next day to my satisfaction at a reasonable price.Do not hesitate to call C and M I am so happy I did..Service: Exhaust

While on vacation my truck (2014 GMC DENALI) would not start stuck at the campground. Searched for a repair shop on Google maps settled on C & M. Called talked to Mike, very pleasant guy and accommodating. He felt my frustration, I had the issue on the road 1 hour after leaving home on the NY Thruway, got towed to a repair shop they replaced the starter, arrived at Swan Bay Resort campground turned the truck off and to my surprise it wouldn't start...dead!Towed it to C&M Auto Repair. Explained to Mike the history he immediately looked it over crawled under the truck found a wiring issue and fixed it in a flash. Wow! Didn't even charge us! This is the only place to take your vehicle for repair folks. What a great experience, would give 10 stars if I could. Do not hesitate to take your vehicle here, honest caring folks!

Upon Tahoe brake line failure,.. ,.. I was so kindly picked up and dropped off at cottage where I was without assistance there.,.. The service was great and very fair price…Top shelf all the way,!.. so difficult to find these days. Thank You so much .Service: Auto brake repair

We were vacationing when my power steering went and needed emergency work done. Mike was able to fit me with only two days remaining on my trip. He was very transparent and did this with a very fair deal. Really appreciate the work, the job well done especially with the window open and very warm temperatures that week!
