Went at 9:15pm for Mayo. Chose miracle whip “0n sale” supposed to be $5.49. Charged $9* for 1 qt. jar, $6+ for popsicle fudgies supposed to be $4.88. On sale. Told to come back following AM for refund. REALLY? After talking to 3 clerks, and 2 supervisors, I left with $2.00 and they kept receipt. I give! Keep the other $2.+. don’t ever want to come back. Did I mention being harassed by the “supervisor” for “not being able to hear the clerk as my hearing aid had failed?. Nice touch! Loser. Don’t think my hearing aid caused the overcharge, do you? The $9 + cost of miracle whip was for a larger jar. I was never asked for my Tops card. PS cashiers were very polite. I was a lifelong shopper at that store. But this was not my first dispute. Fed up.

Overcharged, instead of scanning punched in 3@10 when thet were reduced!!! With bagging and scanning my card didn't notice had 2 make return trip

Lots of overpriced items that are either short dated or expired. Expired bread on the shelves. Expired boars head cheese. Some items only have a day or 2 left before expiring. Hope this doesn’t become the norm.

My daughter likes boars head sandwich meats so I try to go to this tops to get them. Try being the operative word. Half the time I go the deli is closed. Like today at 3:40 on a Sunday afternoon. I have never encountered this before with any other store. Also the few times I have tried to get vegetables here forget it. Every single lettuce was brown. They are spending a ton on renovations maybe the money would have been better spent on staffing and better produce. Don’t bother going. You’ll just end up having to go elsewhere.

This is the worst store ever. You have an out of ordinary coupon, ie extra fuel points and cashier doesn't know how to execute. You ask for rebate form and get expired one. I mean who looks when you can't get this form from cashier but have to to to "customer service." Nearby gas station Jack up prices so even with gas points, otherstations are cheaper. I have more but why bother. Wegmans here I come where I'm valued as a customer

Every time I call this location, they can never provide the service of a Friday fish dinner because of staffing issues, or because they have their employees shut off the fryer hours earlier. I wish I was exaggerating when I said it’s been months since I’ve been able to successfully order a fish dinner and I’ve called regularly. Both tops in our area are never able to service ONE dinner. What’s the point in offering the dinners if you can’t order one? After many attempts, and trying to communicate to management, I have just decided that the tops locations in our areas are just not going to be able to provide this service. Which is sad.

Should be called: Price Gouging Market.8 red bell peppers here: cost over $22Drove over to Walmart: cost under $12.First time in this store/chain, also my last. Would strongly recommend folks visit Walmart or Wegmans instead.

This is the worst grocery store ever. I’m sure why I keep coming here but this is the last time. I get the wrong size diapers and I go to return them because they don’t have the size I need and they tell me that I can’t because the customer service counter is closed even though the store is open until midnight according to Google. Most nights I come in the store there’s no cashiers so if you’re shopping for a good amount of stuff be prepared to scan and bag it yourself. Process takes longer than the actual shopping. Do yourself a favor and go 2 mins up the road to Wegmans or Price Chopper, or even Walmart.

Rudest people I've ever dealt with at the customer service counter. They act like your asking them to pull teeth just to add money to your PayPal account. I guess if I was as fat and unhealthy as those women I would probably be miserable too.
