“I never write reviews. It was my 11 year wedding anniversasry yesterday. My wife and I drove from Rochester, NY to eat a Friendys around the corrner. When we pulled into the parking lot of the Friendlys our car started making a weird banging noise. Ugh Almost 100 miles away from home.
We called the Local NISSAN dealer, and they couldn't see us same day. I called Goodyear and they said they could take a look at it when we brought it in. We finished our food, and took it over.
They were able to get it fixed, and on our way (FOR UNDER $100!) with in less than 25 minutes.
They could have charged me so much more, b/c we were effectly stranded, but they were honest, and told it was only a metal strap that had corroded. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.”

Got me in for an inspection on the last day of the month and still finished later for me, allowing me to put them behind, even though I goofed and forgot my wheel lock key and had to go home for it. Always have had great service there, for years, with different vehicles.”

“Excellent service. Got a flat tire on a highway nearby, irreparable (a big cut) and decided I'd better replace two of them since a long trip was ahead. Rare tires, R14, other shops could not find, but these guys had them and replaced in an hour and a half - not bad, considering I came with no appointment. Thanks, you saved the vacation.”

“I went to my regular and trusted mechanic, Jim Chrysler - Chrysler's Treasure, for an odd rhythmic wub wub wub noise my 2018 Subaru Outback was making as I drove down the road. Jim put it up on a lift to see what might be going on, he pointed out that the tires had "cupping" wear and recommended I take it to Rudy Schmid for a 4 wheel alignment. Well I drove in with that problem but drove home silent, straight and true.
Two thumbs up! Highly recommend Rudy Schmid's car service.”

“Went to Carrier on the recommendation of a family friend and of Le Moyne College staff. I am not from the area. Long story short, I was able to drop off my 20 year old Subaru with clutch problems overnight on a weekend. Doral was able to inspect it the following week, and was able to replace the clutch, do a safety inspection, alignment and recharge the a/c all within the same week. I asked for all the extra services other than the clutch, Doral didn't try to sell me any other services other than what I brought the car in for. He was in communication the whole time the car was in the shop and was clear about what was needed, vs what was not. Charges for the services were very fairly priced, and the car now runs excellent. I appreciated the level of communication and patience Doral had for my questions. Would definitely recommend!”

“I have gotten 3 tires here. The first time I was across the road at the Toyota dealership with a need for a run flat tire on my Sienna which Toyota didn’t have in stock. I’m not sure if a Toyota employee recommended calling here or if I remember seeing the sign one time when I was at the dealership, but either way they had the tire in stock, and I was able to have it replaced right away at a competitive price. Second time I had a flat on my SUV and remembered their good service. I called around for prices and availability and found the best price and quickest option at Big4. It was Friday night, and I got it done Tuesday morning. Professional manner and job. I’d highly recommend this business.”
