This store has been a growing disappointment. This store used to be open. I can’t even stop here after work anymore because you are already close your doors. This is the second time I have stopped here when you have closed early.

I went to the store at 755 on a Friday where the store said they close at 9 and they closed early. I feel like if you are going to close early it should announced somewhere.

I was looking for a particular yarn that the app implied was in the Clay store. When I went to buy it I was unable to locate it and was promptly told by an associate that if it was yarn.. she could not help me as they are only getting out Christmas items. And furthermore they are short handed she implied she had no time to stock the yarn. No apology was given and she was very rude!!!I shop in this store VERY OFTEN! No more!They just lost my business thank you very much! ?

The workers are nice…. When they’re open. I’ve gone there twice in the past week to pick up stuff for the holidays and they have been closed both times. Both times I went at 6 when I got out of work and the hours say they’re open much later than that. Very disappointing :/

The store in Clay is a disaster. Messy, under stocked, stuff piled up everywhere in the aisles but many shelves empty. They need to close the whole store for a couple of days and get it in order.

I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS THE GUY NAMED SCOTT AT FABERIC CUTTING XCOUNTER IS EXTREMELY RUDE HE YELLED AT AND INTIMIDATED MY TEENAGE DAUGHTER AND HER FRIEND THEN I WENT IN TO GET THE PROBLEM FIXED AND HE THEN PROCEEDED TO YELL AT ME SAYING THEY CAN NOT CUT 2 2YRDS OF FABRIC CALLED MY KID AN IDIOT FOR NOT ASKING FOR IT CORRECTLY MY DAUGHTER HAS ENXITY TALKING TO PEOPLE I THINK IT WAS BRAVE OF HER TO GO AND TRY BUT THIS GUY WAS A JERK AND IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB THAT MUCH THEN DONT WORK WITH PEOPLE to bad it won't let me up load the last little few min of the video do not go to this store if this guy is here should have went to hoby lobby
